Hi tomorrow I am off to Costa coffee in the morning . Does anyone know if I can have/ syns for a skinny latte???

jammygal i go to costa coffee with my friends quite a bit i count reg skinny latte as HEA or 6 synsjoined sw on 22/10/08lost 3 stonere-joined 8/1/12need to lose 2 stones:eek:4lbs:j0

Just making the spicy meatballs but its my first attempt with real meat (normally have the ready made quorn ones) and the sauce is tasteless and the meatballs fell apart at the frying stage. I'm in such a bad mood now I don't want to eat any of it.0

I have a question about Fry Lite please
I dont know if its my frying pans but the Frylite seems to burn on and eggs etc stick. Is this normal?
I ended up getting some of those non stick liners and lining the frying pans and now dont use Frylite much but I was just wondering if it was something to do with me.

I use frylight to cook eggs in a pan and always keep the heat lower than I would if I was using sunflower oil. Frylight burns easily so dont whack the heat all the way up and you should be fineThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Stir the sauce into the left over meatballs and break them up. Throw is a bit of onion, chilli powder and a bit of sweetener, season to taste and call it bolognaise!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Evening all, I hope you're all having a good day?
My day at work has been a bit busy and stressful today but it was worth it in the end when the MD thanked me for my efforts!
I've had a red day today for a change as we had some beef to use up....
Breakfast -
Hifi bar, weetabix and mullerlight (I also had a slice of cheese before I left the house)
Lunch -
4 x dark rye ryvita with cottage cheese, grapes and lean beef slices plus more mullerlight
Dinner -
Salmon with mixed veg and salad and smidge of mustard
I have a few syns left so may have a couple of custard creams later but at the moment I feel quite content!

Mid morning - Muller
Lunch - Jacket potato, cottage cheese, clementine
Snack - Clementine, handful of grapes
Dinner - Pasta with tomato sauce (1 syn) and cheese (2 HEbs, I will use my HEas for milk)
I am still hungry and not in a good mood. I have a 3 and a half hour accounting exam tomorrow and all I want to do is munch my Jaffa cakes
I am going to have a Muller later, some hot chocolate (HEa + 3 syns) some grapes and perhaps a couple of Jaffa Cakes, I haven't really used my syns lately.
I wonder if I've lost anything this week, have to wait until Saturday to find out :rolleyes:0 -
Thanks Marion, most of them stayed together and it tasted pretty good I think in the end. Will stick to the Quorn ones in future! I'm just impatient when things don't go to plan!

Jemmabe - resist!!! LOL, enjoy some tonight, then factor in the rest with a wind-down after your exam? Don't be hungry - do you have anything else to munch on? Have the Muller now, otherwise you might be tempted by the whole pack of jaffa's and then wonder where they went!
Well I've gone over my syns today (17 so far) but they were kinda factored in as I want some bad things out of my house. Having them today means I've got a week to work them off!

EE day again:D
Breakfast - the normal banana, skimmed milk & 1 oz cereal
Lunch - HALO firmly onbecause we went out and DH had homemade pork and vegetable pie with thick pastry and roast potatoes & veg and I chose a jacket potato with prawns and salad.
Dinner - Omelette with kind of bubble & squeak (used Fry Lite) left over veg and tuna. Chucked in & done in mins but I enjoyed it! Pear & Clementine and 0% Greek Yoghourt.
Just realised I haven't had any syns - oh yes, 3 syns - Nescafe Cappuccino Skinny sachet.0 -
Well this week fo me has been 3 green days, and four Extra Easy days and I have lost 1/2lb
bla bla bla a loss is a loss, at least its not a gain.... bla bla. still feeling narked - this is 100% total commitment, no rules broken, food diary completed, water drunk, superfree foods eaten on mass. heaven help me if I were to cheat, eat out, go over syns etc...
:mad: goes off to stomp in kitchen, eat nice planned dinner and sink a G&T (2.5) and 12 syns of wine, all accounted for and not over syns today.
