Iv had a good day today, and stuck to the plan.
Only had 4 syns, 3 of those on the mini choc merigues from Mr Ts...oh they just hit the sweet tooth in just the right place!!!! Had them smuthered in a toffee muller and i was in heaven!! LOL im easly pleased!!!
Now drinking a pint of squash before a milky coffee later.

OH's got a cold and to make him feel better I've been using Baileys in his coffee instead of milk. Well, now I want one. :mad: Don't need it, don't even drink that much coffee, but I really want to do something naughty! (And I've already had 17 syns!) Might have to have a cuppa with a Hi-Fi bar and pretend its better than Baileys!

If it is any consolation Ang I don't think I have lost much this week either but we may find that suddenly our weight jumps back a pound or two later in the week;)
Weight loss is sporadic and sadly the leaps sometimes don't happen just before weigh in each week- we can always hope for tomorrow though:D
Stick with it kid you are doing so well! Don't dwell on it, move on and chin up for the next week...
