    D - chicken (or quorn fillets) carrots/parsnips/potatoes/peas

snacks mugshots/fruit - lots of water today

HEA - milk but think I might have to syn some as I have used all todays allowance already (been to mums and had green milk)
HEB - alpen lights or Hi Fi crackerbreads with crab sticks/beetroot/cottage cheese (for supper)

    hoping thats ok.

Has anyone got the latest magazine? theres a mush stroganoff that I would love to try but its says its not freezable any ideas why not????? (I like to batch cook for the times I havent planned very well) Mushrooms are my absolute favourite food so any new recipe with them in is a must!! Have bought all the stuff for it this week so will make it anyway but would love to be able to freeze some if poss.

Thanks - Keep up the good work all

All the mug shots with 1% fat sign on the front are free on green days.
They are tomatoe, chow mein and chicken flavour.
They can be found on the soup section at the shops.

Really filling and nice as have pasta in them, on offer at Tescos at the minute 4 for £1.50

And swwet n sour YUM! basically all the 'noodle' ones are free plus the tomato pasta ones. The other pasta ones have small syns.

What's green milk Zav? The mush Stog may not be freezeable because of the rice (BIG food poisoning risk with reheated rice so they're probably being careful) either that or the water content doesn't do well.

I never have breakfast - am never hungry. If I force myself to eat it I am hungry mid-morning. I used to force myself to eat it but since going back to SW there is no way I can eat it - I am too full.

BIG, BIG, BIG THANKS :T for all the info on the sausages and where to find quorn sausages. So, for the first time in my life I am going to try quorn sausages. Green day -

dinnertime - quorn sausages, bacon, dry-fry egg and actifry chips (syn 1.5 for the olive oil) (will have to weigh the bacon to syn as well)

tea time - melon, grapes and maybe a banana

suppertime - 90g wholemeal bread (HEB) 50g cheddar cheese (HEA) tomato (free) all made into a toastie
