lovelyladybird - yes I'd love it please! My OH is apparantly a 40D in bras. Now thats something I never thought I'd find out  :rotfl: His sister has done it for the past three years in Edinburgh and madly we've decided to join her this year!
  • Hi everyone,
I really fancy trying the porridge and yogurt thingy for breakfast, I remember the one Jamie Oliver did a few years ago, he grated an apple into his which I bet is a lovely addition.
Do I just soak 28g of any porridge oats in water overnight? Like tesco value ones? How much water do I use and should it be hot or cold?
Sorry for all the questions. I rejoined a class tonight and it was much better than the last one I went to which wasn't warm and friendly at all!
Also the consultant said that the new choc n orange mullerlight is free, I know theres a bit of confusion over this.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

    Sue.

    Evening all.
Just got back from weight in and have maintained..which im happy with, but more happy that my consultant trusted me enough to ask me to do the new members talk for her as she was feeling under the weather and was having a few problems with the express weigh system.

After my inital shock, i just threw myself into it (only 2 new members and one is my neighbour!) and really enjoyed it. My consultant has asked me to do it every week for her if i enjoy it...so i think i need to practise abit, as waffled on in parts but feeling very chuffed with my little self!!!

  • Mega Sausage List

Retiredlady - where did you get that list of sausages and their syn values from? I've just joined their website and finding their syns online a right pain to use - having to look up everything - and in the case of brands searching for the manufacturer and then searching for the product :cheesy:

Theres no way to browse

I'd just like to think ooh I feel like some sausages this week - type sausgaes and be able to see which are free, which have low syn values and which to avoid - seems their website makes that very difficult

just copy the list, save into word and then you can look up whenever you want! Thats how we've all got it from a previous poster (I forget who too!)
