Rob, you probably lost more than that in your first week? And you've been losing more every week than I will - mine drops off to 1.5 - 2.5lbs a week at most.
Flat Eric - have you not been on for a while or have you changed your avatar??
Angie, if you've stuck with it 100% (or even 90% tbh) you will have lost - good luck!

Hi guys, in case any of you haven't seen this on the Grabbit Board (I think!) its a great website which sells some goods which has past its 'sell by' date. I've ordered three times and to be honest all the stuff is perfect!!!! They have Crosse & Blackwell Pasta n Sauces and Savoury Rices at the mo plus tuna in packs which are free on red/EE - I've just stocked up for some quick lunches plus other stuff that your family might consume all at great prices.

I have nothing to do with this company by the way other than loving their produce!0 -

I really fancy trying the porridge and yogurt thingy for breakfast, I remember the one Jamie Oliver did a few years ago, he grated an apple into his which I bet is a lovely addition.
Do I just soak 28g of any porridge oats in water overnight? Like tesco value ones? How much water do I use and should it be hot or cold?
All I did was put 28g of porridge oats (Tesco value
) in a little plastic tub with a lid, pour on enough cold water to cover and a teeny bit extra in case they swell up a bit and shove in the fridge overnight. The next morning I heated it up for 2 mins in the microwave (but I think you meant to eat it as is) and then poured in a vanilla Muller Light and a handful of fresh blueberries. I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0
