I'm starting to get a little bored of my breakfasts, I keep having weetabix with mullerlight every morning as it's so quick to prepare and I can also eat it at the office, any suggestions for other brekkie ideas that are just as quick and simple? I need some inspiration!

The porridge idea i saw earlier sounds nice - soak overnight in cold water, then in the morning stir through some blueberries and a vanilla muller - you might want to check I got it right
I tend to stick to fruit and yog but im not much of a breakfast eater

Well done to everyone who has lost this week, keep it going!

If I buy the recent SW magazine in a shop will it have details of the EE plan in it?

    :TWell done everyone!

RE: taking the directory to the shops. -

The two times i have gone "diet" food shopping this week i just took my food optimising books to remind me of free foods and low syn foods.. but i doubt i will be taking them with me often , me and mum just buy SW friendly food , keep it in the house and we have what ever we fancy (on the day say if we fancy green) that way we dont stick to a strict diet thing we go with the flow :) and suits the family that way , but each to there own , we all know what method works best for us , which is the most important thing!

Today (this is my full menu)

    red

Breakfast - High fi bar :) (HEB)
    Lunch- /
    Snacks - 2 banannas:eek: 1 apple , 1 mini babybell (1 out of my 3 for HEA)
Dinner - One small jacket potatoe (HEB) with loads of tuna (free) and cucumber on the side.
Snack (the other hi fi bar from my HEB) 2 more babybels (HEA) and maybe some fruit and a muller depending what mood im in :)

I am going to make myself get up early to fit in a good breakfast!

Well done everyone ,and thanks for being kind :) can i also say a thanks to the people who quickly come back with syn values :) x
