The fresh Cumberland sausages are 0.5syn each I'm afraid - its the Pork ones which are free. The Lincolnshire ones are 0.5syns each too

Morrison Eat Smart Pork Sausages (pk of 8 in the chiller - the same ones in the freezer are 5syns each) They are with the same packet Lincolnshire and Cumberland flavours, but only the Pork are free. I always buy Quorn sausages frozen.

My food for the day:

B: mullerlight with 2 ounces prunes in juice (3 syns)
L: mince potatoes peas gravy (1 syn for the gravy)

Homemade minestrone

Also: Options (2 syns if I remember?)

Not sure about heb and hea. I'm off to work at 5.30 and won't be back until 9.30 when I'll be having the minestrone. I normally have porridge and milk, but I'm not hungry at the moment.

I hate keep typing that bit, but it's what I really enjoy when I get up! I do vary the cereal BTW!!:D

Lunch

Tub of Cottage Cheese FREE
Beetroot, Spring Onions FREE
2 x Lite Danish Crispbakes 3 syns
Apple & grapes FREE

Dinner

(Will be) FREE Chicken Curry from SW Curry Feasts bklt
Rice FREE
0% Greek Yoghurt with Choc Options swirled though (1.5 syns)

May have a small glass of wine 5 syns

Does anyone know the syn value of Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil. (Its not on syns online

) And can I use more of this as a HEb than normal olive oil?

No, its not the spray, its the normal bottle of oil. I use frylight (free) for most things, but sometimes I just want to use olive oil! :rotfl:

That's ok - I did see the spray in the magazine and I didn't realise they did a 'normal' bottle until I saw it on offer in Somerfield.
