    Thanks Jammygal.

I did try to look it up on the sw website, but when I go to Healthy Exras, it only lets me choose red or green days!!!

I find that if I need to check HE's its easier to start the food diary online - log in and then in the top right of the screen theres a food diary tab - it lets you select which day you are on and you can change this if you wish and check HE's on any of the days - hope that makes sense???

Well done Zav - hope I do as well tonight. :EasterBun

The Cumberland sausages are 0.5syn each I'm afraid - its the Pork ones which are free. The Lincolnshire ones are 0.5syns each too - I pick these up if there aren't any pork ones (often there aren't!)

Since when has a low fat spread been a healthy extra? I have never seen it in my book anywhere. Have I missed something?

Thanks SC - I nearly ended up with the frozen ones so think 0.5 is fine and will remember to get pork next time - hope they are tasty. No quark today so might have a trip to sainsburys when I pick kids up to see if they have any - want to try the lemon meringue out!

Am sure you'll be fine tonight - our classed was packed today - loads more than last week!! and several people had tried EE and lost 5 or 6 lb's each

We only had 8 new starters last week which made about 20 in total in our class! Hoping to do a few more EE's this week especially as we're out quite a few evenings so it should be helpful! :T

Yes the frozen ones are something like 5 syns each  but I like the cumberland ones. Some people think they're tasteless but each to their own!

I have never eaten sausages on SW diet. I understand quorn ones are free. (I tried unsuccessfully to find them in Tesco this morning. Are they fresh or frozen?) I've searched the books but can't work out which other ones are free.

Please, Please, Please, Please, which sausages are free?

All the sausages from Joe's Sausages are free. I think there is a low fat own brand Morrison's pork one which is free as well. There is a low fat Asda sausage at 0.5 syn per sausage.

quorn sausages are both fresh and frozen. The fresh ones are in the chiller with the other Quorn products and are in a sleeved packet. The frozen ones are in the vegetarian section of the freezer and are in a cardboard box.
