Hiya
Thanks a lot.
No back in at work today. I told them I would be in late.
Yeah I hope yours are as reasonable as mine too
MarlowvianMoney, money, money. Must be funny, in a rich man's world. :rolleyes:0 -
I hope that you don't get an IPA but she sounds like a very reasonable OR.
Its very tempting for me, as I get paid by the hour, to cut an hour or so a week here and there for the next few months just so I can avoid an IPA. I know that doesn't sound very ethical but I am thinking of the times where I have loads of hospital appointments, which is very common for me, at the moment I don't have that many but I don't want them to think I bring home a decent wage every month when I certainly don'tMoney, money, money. It's exactly what I will do if it comes to it ..... I honestly don't think that ethics come into it. The thought of complete discharge in 11 months or less is too much of an incentive. Probably setting myself up for a troll or two to come out of the woodwork here ............

Good Morning everyone..... :hello:
Bumping the Jan Clan thread up a bit to see if it attracts yellowmonkeys attention ..... where are you?
I am not working until 1pm today and have got a few errands to do this morning, not too good that I am sitting here at the 'puter in dressing gown and woolly socks ignoring the "To Do" list. Too many interesting posts from all the night owls.
I am not really looking forward to a couple of days later on this week. It is my ex's birthday on Thursday and I am wrestling with a temptation to send him a text (he is abroad) - I know I shouldn't (mustn't) as I don't want to slip back in my getting over him. I shall have to stay strong.
The other one is Valentines Day - it is everywhere - a whole aisle of stuff in Asda, I can't seem to avoid it. 99% of the time I am happy with my life as a singleton, more time, freedom and money (!) but there are times that I get a bit down and could do with a cuddle. I will just have to make do with the hugs I get on here! Thanks to you all for that.
I am trying to take my mind off the OR interview on Monday. I have had to borrow a corded phone as my cordless phone only seems to hold enough charge for 30 - 40 minutes talk time (second-hand ebay purchase!) and I don't want it conking out before the interview is over. Perhaps if I change the phone it will be a speedy 10 minute jobby..... the letter says about half an hour... let's hope so.
Riding lesson tomorrow..... hooray. It has taken me 5 days since last week to be able to walk properly!!!I have been a real source of amusement in the office and seem to have acquired the nickname of John Wayne ....
Anyway, the sun is shining ...... errands need doing and I must wash my car today. It is hard to tell what colour it is at the moment..... yuk!
Have a good day everyone.

Thanks for that Ange,
The more people tell me NO the more it sinks in.. My psycologist yesterday told me that it has to be left as a memory and he is right.
Move on, move on..........

Hi SA! NO NO NO NO NO NO!
Seriously, I was single for 6 years by choice after I broke up with my ex-fiance. Just give yourself time to get over it all and realise that it is a good thing in the end that has happened. Think of all the things that you are now doing that you probably would not have done had you still been with your ex.
Big virtual (((((hugs)))))
