They are just another powerless debt collection agency. Don't worry.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

They are getting desperate when you see them change their debt collector in the hope of scaring people like you - they are hoping you'll wobble because it's a new letter heading. Don't worry!

    Hi all,

I am new to this so here goes.... I live in belfast and went to our local retail park in "boucher road". I parked directly outside "pet world" and yes it was in a disabled spot of that I am guilty. I was literally in the shop for no more than 3 minutes and when I came out there was a "ticket" on my windscreen. I asked a gentleman who was standing next to my car did he see the warden to which he replied , "he has just left and walked up there". The gentleman also said he was a "big black man". Now dont jump all over me here but as I was entering the shop I had noticed this Gentleman about 50yards away walking towards the shop. He caught my eye for no other reason than he "stood out" because of his colour {please understand we have enough problems concerning religion than to worry about the colour of a mans skin, but the fact is a black person is in the minority here and he did stand out} anyway I tried to find him to try and find out why, If he saw me going into the shop, that he did not challenge me and tell me not to park there all to no avail.

I was going to try the appeal precedure that ukpc have in place but having read some of what has been said on these forums I am inclined to hold back and see what happens . I know I did wrong in parking in a disabled spot of that I am guilty and would have no problem taking my medicine from the police or traffic warden but these guys.......some advice would be grateful.

    good luck hush....

Ignore them, and please don't use disabled parking spaces if you don't have a need, no matter how long you were parked. If you require further advice please start a new thread below.

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

If you search on the net you find stories about debt collectors turning up at the door with this Stirling Park company. It was definitely a private park, tickets by UKPC.

    I do feel wobbly!
