Parking Ticket Appeals article discussion

Having explained I was not the driver of my car, (when NCP issued a ticket for parking across 2 bays) they are threatening to ban me from their car parks. I have a season ticket so this could be a real problem.. has anyone had a ban enforced? thanks !0

How would they do that? do they have apnr cameras at the entrance to each car park? Just imagine the fun, you drive up to the ticket machine with a long queue behind you and the machine won't give you a ticket, that's even if the ticket machines were linked in someway to the cameras? I can't imagine how they would ban you if in another car, whether driving or not.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

My questions are:
1) Should I be paying the second ticket fine, or not?
2) Is the hardship appeal likely to work?
3) Is appealing the tow recovery fee likely to negatively affect my appeal for the second ticket?
Any thoughts?
Thanks for any help!I did not know that parking regulations were so strict, or I may have considered parking elsewhere in the first place just in case.
As to the second ticket, have a look at a reply by Coupon-Mad to this post http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2367437 it may help with an appeal0 -

Car tax wrong does not nullify the pcn I'm afraid.(assuming here its a council one)
Copy the ticket, both sides, remove identifying marks and vrm, host on tinypic. take the url and put it in a post here and then take off the http:// bit. They may have made errors other than the tax disc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

I've just told you how. The ban on new posters is to stop spammers not people like you. Follow my instructions and all will work.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me.
Couple of months ago I had the baillifs on my door step demanding £624.00 for a PCN issued on a road with little or no road markings.
I had never received the PCN in question nor the warning letters to tell me that the balliffs were due to attend my property. The first I'd been made aware was when they had turned up demanding and threatening to not leave my property. They had clamped the car and called a tow van out. This happened 6am and the only people i could get hold of was the police - Who were no help!
Further more I had previously received PCN's at the same location and had won the appeals on the grounds: In accordance with the traffic engineer's bible - Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions - yellow lines must have a T-bar where they terminate or change from double to single or vice versa. If the T-bar is missing then the line is not legal and, therefore, not enforceable.
So not only had they issued an illegal PCN, I had never received the 4 letters which had lead to the balliffs.
I paid the £624.00 to avoid incurring further costs, and have filled out a late statutory declaration form - Which infact has been rejected and Hackney have closed the case as i had paid the balliffs.
Can someone please give me some advice as to how i can get my money back. I have been made redundant so i can't afford to pay out at hackney councils lack of being able to train their monkeys (traffic wardens) properly so that they have a clear understanding of the Traffic sign rules!0 -

I've only read the first and last pages of this, but I take it there was no discussion of the article then?0 -
