Quite simply, a traffic warden or whatever fancy title they are given these days (revenue raising technician probably) can be a moronic slave to an uncompromising set-in-stone list of regulations and rules and blindly enforce every misdemeanour with a penalty, as can anyone or he can be a human being. Which means what exactly?

Unfortunately the robotic slavery to the rules and jobsworthyness of the role lends itself so well to the low level of intelligence that seems to be a prerequisite for the post. What a stupid comment
