There's a recipe for a microwave suet pud in the Old Style Recipe Collection (from the blue bar at the top of the page) and if you leave the egg out you get a slightly denser pud. Must admit, I like mine stodgy. And light. And, well... any way they come really

Home made profiteroles? Always seems a luxury to me but are very easy to makeThe early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

Ok two ticks and I'll find it. they are transportable if you put them in a large dish - I've hawked them round before without problems.The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -

profiteroles are easy to make. I like to fill them with nice ice cream as an alternative to cream. although would be easier with to make ahead with cream. chocolate sauce would be quick enough in the micro once you get there.x x x0
