MFD - pls stop saying bad words on this forum like snickers. You are a veyr bad influence on me :D But yes. I was oging to make enough for the freezer, but will make a double batch and send all your pg thread ladies some as well. But you have to provide your own butter and jam, otherwise they'll be a mess by the time they reach you!

My MW was stuggling to get hold of forms for the grant too - not that I get it anyway *humph*

Sami - thanks hun, guess I'll be dragging OH to IKEA soon, doesn't take much just a promise of a hotdog at the end!!

My £1.50 sub turned into a £4.09 sub!!! Didn't fancy just ham, had extra cheese, a drink and a cookie (had crisps in work). Better not tell OH.

Thanks Pickle - we have the MW's here in work now so I might ask if they know how long from referral to dating scan at the hospital I'm going to.

I think I should count down from 42 weeks as well, although shouldn't wish the time away I guess.

ooh I miss working in ashton! KFC, subway all the pie shops mmmm
Have you been to Time4Food? they make lush subs - like subway but tastier IMHO

Thanks MFD. I'm 28+3 now, and on the scans he has been a little big, so that sounds about right.

Question - when do they stop rolling around so much and start to just kick?

I reckon that my baby is holding out for the grant and feels hard done by that it might not qualify - that would only make me about 10 wks overdue by that point;) As well as the grant I think we would have a lot of TV documentary makers interested in us :p Not to mention the medical studies:rotfl:

MFD - i blame you for my new found attraction to monster munch. boots had some of the flamin' hot ones reduced the other week and i bought more than i should have. oh and i like the pickled onion ones too. haven't had the beef though.

mcsmiler - drop scones??? i think we call them piklets back in Oz, but i could be wrong - in any event, feel free to launch some down south.

feely - sorry to hear about the NHS classes. i am going to an all day one on a saturday becuase hubby works nights.

saw posters up at the hopsital for the new grant, but didnt ask anything about it becuase i cant get it either.

when they run out of room!:rotfl: :rotfl: Can't remember when exactly that is - sometime around 34/35 weeks maybe?

Mine's taken to rolling around on an evening this past week - urgh! Uncomfortable!!!

Now you're asking...when they run out of room and settle in one position (maybe about 32 weeks  )

Then they stop 'kicking' so much and just cause you pain with their stretching and poking...and annoyance with their hicupping - in my experience anyway :rotfl:

McSmiler - maybe it is a baby elephant and you have another 3 months to go
You sound quite upbeat with it though, which is good :D

Sami, I thought you were at Warrington too! I love going the Gemini and spend ages in M&S....drives DH nuts! Is the Asda you went to nearby? I've ended up with 5 Bounty bag coupons and want the £5 off vouchers for spending at the Baby Event. Both my local ones don't have any in!!

Hope everyone is well and congrats to the newbies! :D

Off out now to splash my John Lewis vouchers! :T

    xx

Was talking to my Mum last night, and she said my Bro never ran out of room! She was enormous, and he had loads of fluid, so continued rolling around till she went into labour!

This baby seems to roll more than ever now. He likes to change positions every hour or so. Sometimes he'll get a bee in his bonnet and for a good 90 minutes he'll roll and shift. Its like I've got an alien in my belly trying to get out.
