right sorry I have just caught up (sorry Tara!) Soon as you said head it clicked and now I remember :)
As Sami said - take your written notes with you as well as list of witnesses etc - make your own notes at the time if you feel up to it and then if you do decide to leave you can speak to ACAS about constructive dismissal if need be.
Huge hugs and good luck for tomorrow - let us know how it goes! I'm sure it will all be fine!

On a much more important note, my DD 8 got a place at a local competative swimming club tonight. She was beaming when she got out of the pool, once she's 9 she can enter the galas. Very proud.

Tara - hope everything goes okay! Good luck!

We went to our local Asda for the baby event - what a disappointment! Everything split into different aisles, so it was hard to find. Nothing much interesting there at all! Oh well!

We have our 12wk scan tomorrow - guess how much sleep I'll get tonight? Probably very little!!!

  • Sorry to hear about your rubbish day Krystal... hugs

WEll, I popped on to fill you in on Pickle world...
I had an AWFUL 'review' - completely out of the blue and totally unfounded reasoning. I didn't have the energy or brain power to argue my point... I sat there looking in disbelief as they tore strips off of me.
2 days later I get a sort of apology 'we actually got access to the work you've been doing and we didn't realise etc etc'
    2 days after that, I got a 98% apology.

The only thing is that in the initial 'review' they threatened me with my job and said I had a month to 'turn things around'. So I don't know where I stand now. And I know it sounds silly, but I don't want to ask either - I don't want to rock the boat and TBH, I haven't the brain power or emotional stability to venture down that road.
    *sigh*
I'm still very tired - not made better by the fact that my glucose levels were high so I have to cut right back on sugar... agony as that's what I'm craving!

Bit of a moan really! I'm so sorry to be so blummin miserable!!

    Love to you all...

Thinking of you Pickle, I might not have a job by the end of tomorrow either. Crap thing is I know I do a bloody good job, everybody has said it and all because this country has gone childrens rights mad on the say so of one 7 year old I could be out on my ear. Lets hope that the interviewers have the common sense to see what a load of crap this is! Have you not, like me, worked long enough now to get MA even if you loose your job now?

  • Oh Pickle!

Would a pervy pregnant lady hug make you feel any better?

AF - we have a few small baby items we will need to purchase, and we're thinking we'll check out Boots for some of it. At least then we get Boots points. We'll watch for sales and when you get more points.

Try not to worry about it sweetie - bubs has measured bang on so far hasn't he? When you saw the midwife last week did she say 'OMG - IT'S A WHOPPER IN THERE  ' or 'you are measuring just about right Mrs AngelFairy' ??
