ah, but you have spared that person a thought so i think that is lovely.

disposable breast pads...any better than the other? i have some boots vouchers i "need" to spend and wondering whether to pay a bit more and get them in there, or just go for the cheapest i can find elsewhere???

yeah I thought about them but then went "sod it I want that sarnie":p

I prefer the johnsons or tommee tippee ones
johnsons are soft, absorbent and breathable
TT are thin and have waterproof back with a sticky strip to keep them in ur bra but not as absorbent - good for during preg leaking although they sometimes made my boobs feel a bit sweaty with the plasticiness of them.

once my milk came in I needed TT ones stuck to bra and then johnsons ones in between those and my boobs and kept changing the johnsons ones coz my boobs leaked loads in the early days!

Sami, things happen in schools as you know that leave you open to all sorts. It something that you know could happen and you are careful. I always thought that god forbid it did happen I would have the support of my colleagues. Well it did happen and the main ones scattered. I had a funny turn in school obviously due to being in an awful situation and the head hasn't even checked how I am or phoned even though I have asked to talk over what is happening. I've been really shocked and as I'm unable to talk about it to anyone I feel very out on a limb.
Too many children, too little time!!!
    :p
  • Af - I agree with you on the milk front. I can just about managed skimmed, uht milk on cereal - it really doesn't taste of milk. I don't like mayo, salad cream or mustard so no pre-packed sandwiches for me!

Tarajayne - can't really offer any advise but hope you get things sorted - all this stress isn't good

Tara please write everything down in the order it happened so that if need be you can refer to it later. Better now than when it's less fresh in your mind. If the school fails to support you or act properly and you DO resign you might be able to speak to ACAS about constructive dismissal and that could make a world of difference to you financially with a baby on the way :)

I don't do Mayo, so normally shop bought sarnies are out for me too. But I discovered recently that Tescos do 3 or 4 "No Mayo" ones -The BLT and chicken and stuffing are particularly good.

I'm really sorry to hear that Tara *hugs*
I always worry about my mum because she's so caring and IMHO does what any normal person would do and gives a crying child a cuddle but it just takes one cruel child/parent to start something and peoples lives and or careers ruined

You do whatever feels right/best xx
