Tara please write everything down in the order it happened so that if need be you can refer to it later. Better now than when it's less fresh in your mind. If the school fails to support you or act properly and you DO resign you might be able to speak to ACAS about constructive dismissal and that could make a world of difference to you financially with a baby on the way :)

Wrote it all down already, found it helps especially at night. I go over and over it in my head so by writing it down it sort of logs it for me. Have listed witnesses to. I don't care about the money but had budgeted to have SMP and could probably manage to not go back. Midwife was right and I can get MA if I do leave now and it would be payable from 29 weeks. Not going anywhere until this is investigated though and I'm proven not guilty.

I'm really sorry to hear that Tara *hugs*
I always worry about my mum because she's so caring and IMHO does what any normal person would do and gives a crying child a cuddle but it just takes one cruel child/parent to start something and peoples lives and or careers ruined

You do whatever feels right/best xx

What your mum does is the same as me. I do what I feel I would want someone to do for my child. I adore kids and have always done much more than my job description. Not a week goes by where I haven't done extra hours which is completely my choice. Didn't expect to be treated guilty until proven innocent!

  • Tara - no advice but (((HUGS))) - we're always here if you need to let off some steam.

About shop bought sandwiches - it was one of the things that my MW said was a no-no in pregnancy because you don't know how long they have been sitting there

    Twas me :D:D

I am TRYING to get myself to buy stuff for mine now. People have been asking me if i have got it back ready to go 'just in case'. I'm 33 weeks today!!!!!!

I have dark towels and that's about it :D

I think I am struggling with what to pack also becuase of the 'unknown'. If I have bubs in the morning and all goes well, it's likely isn't it that i will be home by that night? If things dont go well then i could be in there longer. I am a planner, but find it hard when there are variables in my planning equation :rotfl:

    Hi,

If it's your first, then apparently expect 12 hrs from start of established labour, and then 6 hrs afterwards while they monitor you for PPH or placenta retention. So at least one set of teeth cleaning and maybe a hairwash!?

    I'm a planner too, it's difficult with pregnancy isn't it?:D

    yipeee I'm back and I'm happy :D

MW was great and it turns out that baby has well and truely engaged itself - even though I can't feel it and bump is still 'high', but apparently that's just the way I am carrying and has no bearing on when I might go into labour :D I have a sweep booked for next Friday, but she hoped I won't need it. And I've been waddling for the past couple of hours, whch is a good sign :D yipeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I also booked myself for reflexology on Tuesday morning with a wonderful lady so if nothing has happened by then at least I have a treat and something planned, which can help things along :D

    I am sooooooo excited. :D

I don't understand how anyone can't like mayo... I have it on many things...

Wish someone was here to made me some lunch... I'm starved... Lay on the sofa and closed my eyes for a min... Opened em 2 hours later... But I feel better now...

And my maternity trousers arrived this morning... Think I should of had a size smaller though, Until my bump gets bigger I'm going to feel like they're falling down...

All those that were talking about cuddles... Hubby said last night it feels like there's something between us when we hug and he's not that keen... I realised I've reached the point where I feel like I've been pregnant for aaaaaaaaaaaaages... But the end is not in sight yet.... 113 days to go... (I have the vista countdown on the desktop too...)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
