hiya Caz, good news on baby staying put a little longer :D

look after yourself. I'm all tired out after gabbing with a friend for a few hours - not hard work, but I'm ready to sleep (if only my body would let me!).

Whilst I am confessing I also bought Bubba a hammock rather than a moses basket or crib. Google moffii hammock or amby natures nest if you want a look. I got a bargain on that though and bought one half the normal price.

I have next to nothing left in the baby budget for a cot now though :o:D

OOh - my friend has offered to lend me her amby natures nest - are they good? Had never heard of them and haven't seen it yet....

    hi ya caz,

    great to hear from you.

trust LO to give you a worry and then start moving about.

hope you get plenty of rest especially if the hospital said things are likely to start sooner rather than later

thanks am exhausted, think that i thought it was all go last night and when it wasnt getting regular or stronger as the time went on i think i was slightly gutted!

MW was great at hosp and was worried when we couldnt get baby to move but after all the drinks and biscuits and a few pokes to get her moving she eventually got going. she hasnt moved as much as normal but was told she could be getting into the position?

are you having trouble sleeping too?

  • Caz - good to hear you are both doing well, even if the little monkey did give you a bit of a scare.

greent - I will tell you how good the hammock is after the baby is born but the reviews are fab and I have been talking to a lovely lady on here who bought one in 2005 and swears by it.

The only thing that I was worried about was the price (£150 was the cheapest I could find but that does last until 12months apparently). Then I found a copy at £75 delivered.

If you have the chance of borrowing one I would say go for it. Your friend clearly thinks it is good enough to lend out!

Is it true that grated cheese is less fattening? Or has my baby brain made that up? Something to do with the fat in the cheese being broken down??

Sami - this is probably one for you!
