I have nightmares most nights. I did get them frequently before I got pregnant (something to do with PTSD they say), but they've increased now I'm expecting. Worst bit is, I now cry, moan and sigh in my sleep! I'm not aware of it, but it happens 3-4 times a week. I'll be fast asleep but sobbing. OH doesn't like it much!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Vivid dreams, yes, but not bad dreams. Not enough sleep, actually. But guess that's normal.
We've got bbq pork ribs cooking - they've been in the slow cooker all day. Yummmm. And I just popped some water on for the rice.
I've discovered I'm nauseated no matter what I smell or eat lately, so I might as well eat something I enjoy regardless. Sad, eh?MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -

Triggles - my appetite has gone completely - I have to be reminded to eat (I forgot lunch today - ooops) , however turn into a complete witch if I don't eat so trying my best. I haven't the energy to cook my normal gourmet offerings, so HM potato wedges, baked potatoes etc are featuring heavily on the menu!r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0

Well we had DS appointment today.
The doctor said he displays ADHD symptoms, I thought he was too young
He is going to liase with the doctor who comes to the school and get her on the case as she can see him 'in action' at school and get proper feedback from his teachers.
I personally think he is jumping the gun a bit, he's not even 5 yet!
hes said he doesnt want to prescribe medication because of his age - damn right, i'm not pumping my boy full of drugs!
I just feel a bit weird now, I'm not really sure what to think or what i'm supposed to do.
I will have a word with his teacher tommorrow and see what she says, then i guess it's just a case of waiting to see what this other doctor says, he's also going to contact DS SALT.
I'm sure he's not got it, but then would he say that if he really didnt think it:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

Hi durham
I bought at kiddicare - there are no stockists local to Stoke or Wolverhampton (I live in one, work in the other) - can you believe that you can't buy one from a shop in Birmingham???
Managed to get a sale deal of the pushchair and the carrycot for £569 - cheaper than just the buggy alone elsewhereplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Hurrah, doppler worked - found the heartbeat first time. OH is very happy.. he's gone bouncing off to post the recording on a website he uses
ETA: OH thinks heartbeat was 144 per min.. hardly conclusive for that under/over 140 = boy/girl theory!0
