Sorry MFD, I forgot your Angel child will pop out with minimum fuss and effort...

Piccies will appear on facebook later when I have someone to take one... Not doing it myself, I hate the posed look :p

I just saved a fortune on white blouses for Aimee for next year and the year after from Adams, got 8 blouses and 2 pairs of pumps for less than £11, I can't believe it! They've got buy one get one half price on everything too... Not much unisex baby stuff though so no good for us...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

Well spoke to work today about KIT days and apparently I get my SMP pay so £137/5 = £27.4 for the 4 days and then the day I have a KIT day they make up to my salary (so for arguments sake £100 daily pay net) which would give me for a week when I do one KIT day I would get £209ish instead of £137 (or whatever SMP is) - so there is NO interest really for me to do any KIT days whilst I am on 90% or even 50% company maternity pay... My only incentive is when I drop to SMP... silly them :)

I don't understand this baby. I've got kicks or something very low down, just above my pubic bone, but also something wedged under my rib. How is he managing to do both at the same time?

Oh forgot to add... apparently they won't let me take my holidays after my maternity leave - anything accrued up till I go on mat leave has to be taken before then... This means I have to have a month off before the baby is due! Apparently they won't even let me start holiday a week before due date and then start mat leave when my holiday finishes 3 weeks after my due date...
That's going to make life interesting as we have still to get someone in as maternity cover and then I need to train them! Leaving me uhmmmmm 3 months to find them, HR to do the paper work and let us have them start AND train them to handle our biggest and most difficult client (and ideally 9 other clients too...)...
    Super! :)

I don't know FG but I think my baby is lying the same way! I also think mine must turn around sometimes... or at least go sideways... I just feel everything go really heavy and stretched... It's not gone head down yet though, all kicks are still low...

Tine... I didn't understand a word of your post... ;)

Even better to do them when you're on the unpaid three months if you're staying off that long :) SMP is £123.06.

Is it normal for some movements to tickle? I get normal kicks, strong kicks which hurt a bit, kicks which make me laugh out loud and big rolling movements that make me feel like I'm going to throw up. So many weird sensations!

Sometimes it feels like he is there stretching out both arms and legs, trying to make my bump as big as possible!

You're right it's going up to £117... (wooooo how exciting... wonder where I got £137 from lol)

    Going up from £117.18 to £123.06 :D

Only those giving birth in the next four or so weeks will get £117.18. Everyone else should be working on £123.06.
