AM tell him to do an insurance quote before he buys it... that might scare him into realising he can't afford an Alfa... mate of mine bought one despite everyone's advice and it lost money like you wouldn't believe!
I still feel like I ought to go and clean stuff... but have to do a bunch of work so not able to...
Bean is going nuts doing flips and flops and kicks and what have you!
Quick question but is anyone else getting this kind of "wush" feeling at the front just above the pubic bone at all? been getting it last few days and it's really weird and distracting... it's not like my pulse rate - it's slower than that... really really weird feeling...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! AM - sounds like you've got your hands full there between the two of them! How old is Anton now, I can't remember?
Hypno, a few people on here have said that the hypnobirthing cds have helped them sleep too - might be worth tracking one down, and putting it on when you wake up in the night? Other than that, I find sometimes if I'm getting frustrated because I can't sleep, getting up for a bit and doing some sudouku or something for half an hour helps - means I stop getting so cross, and then when I go back to bed I'm going back with a fresh mind (plus I've tired myself out a bit too!)
I'm sure I was going to say something to someone else too, but I can't remember who/what... never mind. If it comes back to me I will tell you!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Insomnia... well... ehhh... you could ask them about cyclizine I guess... it can make you drowsy (sure did me!) and that meant I slept like a dead person all night whilst I was on them...
Personally I've never believed in drugs to go to sleep, I think there is usually reason and taking drugs is just going to stop you addressing that problem... Have you spoken to the GP about it and maybe asked about hypnosis or counselling to address it?DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

well this reassures me a bit
HOW LONG SHOULD A WOMAN AVOID BECOMING PREGNANT AFTER RECEIVING MMR VACCINE?
Because of the known association between wild rubella virus and congenital rubella syndrome (CRS), there is a theoretical risk that rubella vaccine could cause CRS. The possibility that rubella vaccine could cause CRS has been carefully studied and the results are very reassuring that nobody has found any evidence that MMR vaccine can cause congenital rubella syndrome.
Nevertheless, women are advised to avoid pregnancy for one month after receiving a rubella-containing vaccine. This advice is the same in the UK and the US.
too late now I can't believe doc's didn't say anything tho  they knew I was married with a toddler its pretty obvious I may try for another at any point!
I wouldn't have had the blooming thing if I'd known!

Do ordinary people really do all this fluffing about in the kitchen that some of these cooking shows do?
Yep.
Although not all the time - I cook normal meals everynight during the week. But dh and I get in the kitchen and cook together at least once a week and cook a full on 3 course meal.
We try things we have seen on programmes - sometimes quite fancy and expensive ingredients. We have a large range cooker (4 gas rings each and an oven each) so we can both cook different elements of the meal at the same time and not get in each others way! It is something we love to do together - I look forward to it each week. We can spend just as much on ingredients as a meal out and get to enjoy it in our pajamas if we wish!:rotfl:
