  • Hi all, trying to catch up and started at page 180.. always find by the time im up to date i forget everything i had to say lol

Caz i am so sorry your OH is being this way (((hugs))). Mine was messing around for a few months in 2006/07 and i have to admit i find it very hard to get over. It completely broke my heart and to this day i struggle to trust him, mainly because i had no idea what he was upto. It scared me to think that was going on behind my back. I don't want to bore you with anymore details but the whole thing blew up into a massive drama/mess. I stayed with him though and we (i) tried to work it out. Just try to talk to him and get to the root of things. I really feel for you because i know how devastating it is, esp at such a vulnerable time when we need more support than ever. My DH went back to his mums 2 days ago and i'm really upset just about that :o Hope you manage to sort something out or at least feel abit better soon.

Preterm labour - i've had three 2nd tri deliveries, but i know a repeat depends entirely on the reason it happened. If bub was born a healthy weight for their gestation then it is unlikely it would happen again. Other than probs with the placenta or incompetent cervix then it really is a one off thing (usually bleeding, infection, pPROM or multiples - lucky me had all :o ).

Sex inducing labour - it's not just the goodies in "man juice" it's also because orgasm causes contractions, that's why women can induce from DIY lol.

TTC - i would add that you should make sure you've had your immunity to rubella checked. If you aren't immune then you cannot conceive in the 3 months after the jab because it can cause severe deformity and m/c. Always best to check and get the jab if necessary. I agree folic acid and a healthy diet should be enough for TTC. If you run into any problems conceiving then there's lots of other helpful supplements you can take too.

Can't remember anything else :o:confused: Got someone coming round in 5 mins and the house is a complete tip, lasts nights dinner plate still in the living room :o better get a move on....

bunmblebee87 how are you doing? have you got your scan tomorrow like me?
I feel like a complete nervous wreak i don't think it's the internal scan that is making me nervous now but what they may or more to the point may not find! I can't help but think it is all over for me. I did feel more positive over the weekend as i only had light spotting but today it is a lot more and i have a dull ache in my side a bit like a stitch but not as strong. I have been balling all AM got to pick ds up now all red faced and puffy.

Either way this time tomorrow i will know. I am packing a bag just incase. In the hope that i won't need it really.
im getting there, im prepared for the worst.

yeah scan is tomorrow morning. i hope everything is ok for you x

trying to keep up with this thread and failing miserably! When does anyone get time for housework/ looking after other kids?!

My house is a tip and Chris is practically feral :rotfl:

I'm crazy and do all the housework excluding hoovering after midnight, need to get in the habit of doing it during the day before bubs arrives!
I just leave my webby on and refresh whenever chris is distracted ;)

I'm relaxing while dinner is cooking in the Remoska, watching a cooking show - they are making some fancy desserts that I will probably never make.:rotfl:Do ordinary people really do all this fluffing about in the kitchen that some of these cooking shows do?
