The first time I listened to the rainbow relaxation track I fell asleep before she got as far as the red mist (i.e in about 5 mins!!!) don't worry though because apparently your mind takes it in subconciously if you do fall asleep (in a safe place though!:p )

Are you all aware of the Health in Pregnancy Grant? For all of you due after 6th April apparently if you call 0845 366 7785 to obtain a form you are entitled to a one of payment of £190.00. This is not a means tested benefit - just have to get your midwife to sign the form and send of after you reach 25 weeks.

I think most of us are, you can apply for it from now too which is handy.

I've got the Asda ones and I really like them as they're sturdy and soft (imo better than the Boots ones). They do wash well and there were three in the pack, However, I don't have any JL ones (nor have I even seen any) so couldn't tell you how they compare.
