Candice if you go private they are really focussed on what you want (as they should coz your paying!) so you should get what you want :D

Found the official list here http://www.statistics.gov.uk/specials/babiesnames_girls.asp
2008 isn't out yet as its only just ended! (that what made me check that other one coz it was released a few days ago before all the 08 babies were registered)

Ooh, caz, one of the names on my list for Aimee was Seraphina... Shortened to Sera... But my sister put me off it... I still think its pretty but hubby wouldn't have it either lol.

Sami, understand about the 4d scan too, hubby wants one but I don't just in case baby flashes its parts for the scanner... Plus like AM said, it's not something that would get looked at again much once the baby is here... But maybe it's not so hard on me because I know I'm getting scanned again at 28weeks and probably at least twice more after that...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

Feelie - I realy like the name Tobias, which can be shorteded into Toby. I also used to know a Tobias/Toby who was a lovely lovely guy and pretty hot too :p His brother was a Nathaniel/Nathan and also a good guy, and good looking

3onitsway - Edie was also one of my fav names for a girl becuase I used to really like 'Edie Brickell and New Bohemiens' when i was younger :p

Names are so difficult, I have weird choices. I really like Madeline as in Mad-a-line (as in straight line) but hate Mad-a-lin (as in in)

    Hi all :)

I decided to give work a miss today. I had booked it as holiday ages ago but then said I might go in for half a day if OH was still ill. He's fine now but I woke up this morning and just couldn't be bothered so I'm still not dressed. Have taken the tree down instead and am doing housework.

I've just looked on the list and neither mine nor OH's first names are in the top 100 anymore. Neither are the two girls names we like, but the boys name we like is there. Everyone seems convinced this one will be a girl though so we're not giving much thought to boys names until we know!

Elle, I'm not dressed yet either... Nor is Aimee! Although we will have to get dressed soon... Little madams gone and got another water infection so we're off to the Dr after lunch for some antibiotics... Dr wants to refer her to a paediatrician about it but spoke to him this morning and he's agreed that we'll wait and if it happens again within 2 months she'll be referred then... I'd rather not get her poked at if its not strictly neccessary....
