Wonder if Aimee's been at the prunes too then cos she parped all the way from the bus to home earlier lol.

Managed to get hubby a stocking and some bits from poundland... And the boys annual for £1 and when I popped into Waterstones they were selling it for £6.99 so really pleased about that! Also popped into Adams and got Aimee some gorgeous little blouses for school half price... She wears polo shirts at the moment but I think blouses look so much cuter and smarter...

Oh, and baby made me abandon my principles again and we ended up in McD's... Gorgeous bigmac and ridiculously over salted fries... Heaven!

Was supposed to go and grab some things for tea too but took Aimee into the art gallery for a sit down (me) and a play (her) and when we left that tugging pain came back behind my belly button making me feel really ikky so I just went straight for the bus... Lovely hubbies on his way back with some M&S potato gratin and cottage pie!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Hi ladies!!

Had my 20 week scan today! The good news is that everything with baby appears to be fine, we got some cracking pics, which I've yet to scan in......and it's a BOY!!!!!! OH is over the moon! (And me too of course!) It's his birthday today and I know he secretly wished for a boy! :j :j :j

The bad news is that I have placenta previa :( I've got to go back for another scan and some tests when I'm 28 weeks (I'm 20+ today), then another scan at 32 weeks.

If nothing has changed, I've got to have yet another scan at 34 weeks, then I'll have to see a consultant about a C section. :(

Oh and guess what, we can't have sex at ALL!!  Poor Steve, he thought he was in for some jollies tonight with it being his bday :rotfl: :rotfl:

Shellsuit try to look on the positive side - you get to see baby lots more :D and you never know it might move out of the way in the end. Can't help with your OH 'needs' though

Krystal can you believe my baby brain was so bad today I drove off from maccy's drive through without my coke! no way I was going back coz traffic was hideous!

Shell, try not to fret the placenta will more than likely move up. And sympathies with you on a nookie ban... We got banned for 4 weeks, hubby was extremely grateful when that came to an end!

I want my 20 week scan!! I'm 20 weeks on Sunday! Not bloomin fair!

  • Where is september baby?

    :hello:Hi, MM! I'm still here!

The MW came this morning and BP is getting lower  so no more visits until I have my term plus 9 on Boxing Day (unless baby decides to arrive before then :D).

I've felt fab today after my early start and even managed a trip around Morrisons! :T. Also went to Boots to get DH some aftershave off Poppy and remembered that if you buy 2 Jemma Kidd products (cheapest £3) you get 750 points so I bought myself lots of goodies and paid for DH's gift with the points! :D:wink:. Must be a sign that baby is on its way as I no longer have pregnancy brain! :rotfl:.

Hope everyone is well...just going to backtrack and see what I've missed today .

    xx

Tine I'm still your friend, I'm just the sarcastic one ;)
If I can survive a childhood with a sister that eats about 20 sprouts a day over Christmas I can cope with your prune trumps

Glad you feel better about your pp Shellsuit no point worrying about it until you know if its moved or not later :D

My insides feel like they're being stretched to the max today and last few days!
I think bubs managed to read my email that said it'd be trebling in size
