NO they are not, yes they are about the wider economy but they are not about HOUSE PRICES. Until the mse team change the guidelines and/or the name of this board to house prices and recession and the worlds wider economy I have to follow the guidelines.

Whilst I appreciate in part with you diva, if it's alright to differ with you in that they could all blend into house prices tidily. People take various related factors and issues into consideration before buying or selling house or any property and even to follow the global trend - those who have the luxury, I'm guessing look at economics from a global perspective and philosophize before taking the plunge - you only need to look at the number of people who followed those threads before it was binned onto DT.

regulars on that part of the board bring up issues they feel need exploring and as much as I think you're a great BG diva, I can understand people who stick with your part of the board feeling let down

Make no mistake, I'm sure you must be right but I felt compelled to understand the OPs and supporters perspective. Also only this morning I wandered into DT and wondered my 101 gods where did all this come from - some of our blessed topics where we dtrs were pretending high and mighty were all buried
