  • Yes,I thought the same, but believe me cr*p is one of her more positive comments,I have complained to ebay on exactly this angle, unnecessary, abusive and inappropriate behaviour, especially considering it was her who did not pay, after being sent 3 invoices and given over 2 wks to pay!
Thanks for your comments I'll keep you posted!

As for the postage query, I am not sure the exact amount, all I charged for was the post office rate postage, as I had bought the item from ebay and it was not right for my use,so I just charged the amount the parcel cost when it was sent to me,you know the amount stated on the parcel,I made no profit from postage,I'm interested to know why you are querying this??
  • Thanks chja,I fillled out an ebay form this afternoon, stating the whole situation,no pay, abuse, unreasonable, profanities etc, hopefully something will come of it!!

I think it was just because £3.50 seems an awful lot of postage for a carrier bag that will probably go as a large letter under 250g for 66p. However that is neither here nor there the fact is buyer did not pay and has left feedback that could possibly be removed on appeal. You have two reasons for appeal, the first is that you consider that word to be offensive and secondly that you have been through a dispute with the buyer and the feedback suggests that payment was made when it was not in fact received.

If the first appeal doesn't work keep on at it.

I think you said your buyer had not paid - go here and you should be able to get their feedback removed (you need to go through the unpaid strike process) - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-withdrawal-removal.html

Unfortunately the buyer responded to the unpaid process..such a shame!

There is currently debate as to whether it is a mental illness, or whether it is a physical illness within the brain. Either way, it affects behaviour and perception in varying degrees.

Aspergers is a very common personality issue and in fact many famous people are supposed to have it. Suffereers usually have a limited ability to interact socially, basically they cannot understand 'normal' social behaviour and often make inappropriate remarks or gestures with no idea why this offends people, they are often also quite anti social as they find mixing with people quite a strain.

Very often sufferers have a higher than normal IQ and are often genius's in their field

  • That explains alot!! Not sure about the genius bit though, there doesn't seem to be much of that in her comments!!!!
  • Hi as for the postage issue, the item came in a cardboard flat pack to keep it flat,so it wouldn't bend, hence why it was costly, however this cost was made quite plain in my auction advert.

As you say Soolin this is by the by,arguement is about people bidding for things they don't intend on paying for.

I don't query what it cost you, it's just that you said £3.80 in this posting, and £3.50 in the listing.
If you invoiced her the £3.80, maybe she was upset at the increase, but then she should have asked for the 30p, not 50p, if it was a misunderstanding.
