Have sorted it,closed case and issued a strike,left comments to justify actions,about her abusive nature and blackmailing tendencies,ie bidding for something and expecting me to take less than she bid etc
Also added I could not deal with her as she is unreasonably aggressive so had no option than to strike her!!

BLOCK HER YOU REALLY DON'T WANT THE HASSLE USERNAME ..........

Have also sent a message to customer support with refernce to feedback being left and there was no tranaction completed,also abusive feedback,so well see if that gets anywhere!!!!!

Blimey, looking at the feedback she leaves for others, a heck of a lot of her purchases don't seem to arrive. She's on my blocked list now!

Yep,unfortunately for me I didnt see this until it was too late,you can also see the stupidity of not being able to neg buyers,shes got loads of neg comments,but they look at first glance to be positive.

How much postage were you actually charging her?
You have said it was £3.80 in this forum, but only listed it on ebay as £3.50?

Given that the word "crap" is often considered as profanity on the eBay discussion boards, I see no reason why it should not be considered as such when left as feedback....

Good spot, I think this could be your best bet ebay should remove her feedback, at least its worth a try.

I've blocked her too - just reading all the feedback she left for others was enough. Hmmm she sure does have a lot of parcels go missing...!! The sooner these liars are blocked the better.

I think you said your buyer had not paid - go here and you should be able to get their feedback removed (you need to go through the unpaid strike process) - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-withdrawal-removal.html
