Ebay have emailed back saying they won't remove feedback as idiot has already replied to dispute,however there is an option to send a notice of defamitory content?? Does anyone think this might be a goer,or had experience of it??

ebay used to remove negatives from non payers if they had replied to the dispute but not given a valid reason for non payment. i managed to get one removed after about 10 emails! i think they have changed the rules/wording now though

Not worth the very expensive paper it's written on - about £60 from a solicitor, and it only removes the comment, not the red blob.
