They have also used the c** word for another private seller but left positive for it.

And also whether the 'missing item' sellers have POP (and or given this buyer a refund)? As too many queries to Royal Mail from the same address (buyer) may lead to an investigation?

I have approached ebay with the profanity,however they are still sending the same generic email about,how they are sorry they cant remove it,any other ideas??

Bluebell,this had gone through my head,but do you think it could be troublesome,could I be reported top ebay?

If a buyer responds to the NPB dispute and a negative is left it can still be removed but only if it breaches the following rule:

When the communication and comments left by the buyer within the Unpaid Item Dispute Console undermine the integrity of both the Unpaid Item process and the eBay Feedback system

If you can persuade ebay it breaches that rule, or you can get the buyer suspended then the negative will be rmoved:

If a member is suspended by eBay, negative and neutral Feedback left by that member is removed. If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, all Feedback is removed.

What then is classed as undermining the integrity of both the unpaid item and feedback process?? Using abusive or rude language??

I reallly don't know which way to go with my next approach for the feedback removal,they have come back again,after using steves previous sugggestion this time saying descision is final,they won't remove feedback,what can I do next???????
