Hi, to understand the full story of this thread please look at my latest response to HOW LONG IS TOO LONG FOR PAYMENT?????

Basically, all the nutters are out for xmas on ebay,one of them has bid for something,not paid,ive sent another invoice grovelling and nice mind,and got a nasty response back, i dont need to or want to deal with this idiot and would like to take advice on what to do,unfortunately she has already played the nasty feedback card,and i cant be diong with this kind of buyer, ive replied sweetly,again apologising for my(broken paypal a/c) N0T, and said unfortunately theres not much i can do lets leave it, sorry to cause you problems,IM NOT ONE BIT SORRY THERE ARE NO PROBS WITH MY PAYPAL, shes just a pratt, what do you lot think and can I ban this nutter from ever buying from me again,her feedback from other sellers is ATTROCIOUS,YET SHE STILL MANAGES 100%%, :mad:

If she has not paid and you have reported her for non payment, I am sure ebay will remove the feedback. That is what happened to me anyway.

I had a similar situation some time ago, so sympathise. I've just had a look at Ebay to see how I managed to block my nutter and would advise as follows:-
Go into Ebay and click on the "Help" button. Type in "Block Specific Buyer" and click. Then click on "Managing Bidders and Buyers." Scroll down until you see the heading "Blocking Bidders and Buyers." Click on No.1 and this should enable you to enter their user name. I hope it works for you - Good luck!

As you can no longer leave negative feedback, make sure you give her a non-paying bidder strike. If every seller did this for non-payers, there'd soon be fewer of them.

Thanks all especially madjack and chja, for the step by step blocking technique!!I've found the page and blocked her!! I have also told her not to bother trying to pay me less for the item than she bid,believe it or not she keeps threatening me and tellling me to take up her offer of 50p off the price she owes me,why, is she the only ebayer out their??
item made a loss at the massive price of 99p and postage for it is 3.80, why would I make a loss for her!!!! A charity I aint,Id rather not sell the bloody thing!!! I await yet another charming email,after I politely told her to go away, keep ya posted
