Im Just Concerned About Her Giving Me A Negative Feedback, she Has Threatened This,if I Dont Take Her Up On Her 'offer', Of Less Money Than She Bid!!!!!!!! Can She ????0
-
keep all the messages via ebay messages
you can then use that as evidence of feedback extortion0 -
from my understanding you cannot leave negative feedback anymore so screw her and put in a non paying bidder file, at least you wll get ur fee's back.0

I can only say what I would do if it were me, and that might not be the best thing so don't take it as the only way forward!
I would not take any threats from a buyer and would actually act quite aggresively, and not passively in this instance. I would send her emails to ebay with a complaint (although they won't do anything), then I would respond politely to the buyer to say that I feel it best in the circumstances to just reclaim my fees and offer the item to another bidder. Then I would put in a full NPB and if they paid I would return the money and close the dispute with a strike.
I would accept any negative on the basis this buyer is likely to leave one whatever I do, but maybe by going through a full NPB it is one strike nearer to having them struck off, and with any luck they won't respond so they won't be able to leave feedback. if they do respond and then leav efeedback I would try to get it removed on the basis it mentioned the dispute (any reason really) but would just keep emailing ebay about it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. How can she give me a negative,I was curteous and didn't get wound up at all,and just said we''ll leave well alone end of.... now a negative, there is no item for her to buy and she didnt pay,so how can she negative me?????
I've been on ebay and cant find what to do,there is a form, as the negative is abusive, but I cant seem to get hold of it,any help would be greatly appreciated,do you think i'll be able to get this neg removed?? please help.i dont know what to do next, retailate or wait for ebay??0 -
If I have no other option other than to send a negative, what should be put to obtain max effect, how do I know this will remain,as it appears buyer is playing the 'DISABILITY',CARD TO GET NEGS REMOVED!!!THERE ARE LOADS OF NEG COMMENTS ON THERE BUT ALL ARE GREEN,NO RED NEGS???0

Firstly have you done the full NPB strike? If so and it was closed successfully with a strike being given then appeal the negative as you have a fair chance of getting it removed.
Secondly do not even consider leaving a positive for this buyer, all that will do is make her look good for other sellers as who really looks past the 100% positive rating on a buyer anyway, buyer feedback is meaningless. Also as above if you do leave a positive with a negative comment the buyer can complain and get it removed and your get a strike on your seller dashboard for misuse of the feedback system.
Don't bother with feedback, if she is as bad as she sounds and enough sellers go through the full NPB she will be suspended soon enough and if this happens in the next year your neg will be removed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
