Is there nothing that can be done re the negative,as there was no transaction taken place, the idiot didnt pay, then started threatening me that if i didnt take her lower offer she would neg me,so I apologised and said i couldnt find the item to get rid,as i knew if not she would do something like this, but as there was no transaction and it was so long ago I would have thought I could have reported her for being abusive and threatening??0

Did you not read the advice everyone gave you about opening a NPB complaint when it 1st happened?
You could have easily been in a position to have ebay remove it for you if you had of done.Character is what you have left when you've lost everything you can lose.0 -
AS Soolin says if you do a NPB then she will get a strike,if everyone she does thisto gives her an NPB then the negative will eventually be removed. She is obviously a problem buyer and if everyone gave her a strike then it would get rid of her quicker. The only way to stop these sort of people is to NPB them.0

Find the transaction and see if you can still open a NPB dispute.
If you can you have your answer.Character is what you have left when you've lost everything you can lose.0 -
Can you not respond to the feedback and leave a message saying that she didn't want to pay full price and got harsey with you? At least that way if anyone looks, they can see what happened0
