Can someone give me some advice please?
As I purchased from this scam artist using my credit card, do i have a case for being reimbursed my £162.00 by my cc company or worldpay?
Thanks in advance0 -

Thanks for posting the link. This proves mine are the fakes. :wall:0 -
Hi all,
I am yet another person who purchased the Shure E4C headphones late November and seem to have been scammed. I have sent 6 emails since the purchase to which I received only one response. I have also tried calling but have no luck at all. I have recently left a message with him asking for a refund but again have received no reply. I wont be holding my breath either. This guy is a scammer.0 -
well the saga continues, after 20 days of paying for goods, 4 emails and one reply I have received my 2 ipods yippee, bad news is they are obvious fakes when compared to real thing (had already purchased one a few months back).
Mr perry if you are reading this thread everything you promised is false and i would like my money back so i can buy my children a genuine ipod. I doubt very much i will see it again but you will be receiving an official letter from myself very soon.

Looks like Models and Modistas are bringing new members to this forum constantly with their counterfeits.
What else can we do to stop people getting ripped off ?0 -

Hi all,
I just got home to find a package which contained what were supposedly my Shure E4C headphones. Unfortunately, they are clearly fakes. They have all the signs of being fake as per the link above and the dead give away is that they just sound terrible. This guy is a scumbag scammer so stay away from this website.
I have also reported him to the National Consumer Agency so lets hope some action is taken to shut him down!!!0
