Hi all
Has any one had any dealings with the above company? I ordered 2 ipod shuffles (kids xmas pressies) from them 2 weeks ago and paid with world pay. Although i received a receipt from worldpay i heard nothing from the company. I have sent 5 emails and phoned but only got through to a mobile phone answer machine. I think i have been scammed and feel so cross with myself,as I have internet shopped for years. Finally last night i emailed them explaining that if I had not heard from them in 24hours I was going to the C/C company. Dont now what else to do - they are based in Dublin apparentley. Now struggling to get pressies for my kids. :mad: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!:mad:

Finally someone else who has had problems with this site!
I also ordered from this site, a Hercules RMX DJ console which cost me over £200, I too got the acknowledgement from World Pay to say it had been successful. But have no item!! I have e-mailed and phoned but with no response, I think we have been done mate!!! Any suggestions on what we could do?? :mad:0 -
apparently they are an Irish wholesaler.Could you ask on the Ireland board?
This type of thread is coming up a lot lately.
If someone buys from a company without checking them out,are you too surprised if things go a bit wrong?
Firstly ,several online companies either don't have the staff to cope with the orders,and or won't answer the phone to avoid barnies with said customers,who haven't recieved stock
'What lenghth of time needs to elapse before you can jump to the conclusion you aren't going to get the item?

Thought i'd let you know that i finally managed to speak to someone on thursday 28th who said that they 'only posted on thursdays and were waiting for new stock when you ordered so obviously your order is delayed, but rest assured it will be delivered before xmas'. Models and Modistas: It seems there are a lot of disgruntled people on this forum bad mouthing Our company. We are NOT ripping people off to start. It clearly states on Our website the time frame for delivery, yet certain people expect goods to simply appear in their hands as soon as the order is placed. This is ridiculous. We are running a business and are doing Our utmost best to keep Our clients happy. Anyone here who has made a complaint can be assured that You will either receive goods or a refund, whatever Your request.Its very unfair of the people here to criticize Us and Our business in the way they have.There is no malice or intent to defraud in any way, any of Our clients. Apart from the minorities here, we have hundreds of satified customers that would beg to differ with their opinions. We currently handle in excess of 500 emails per day, and the truth be known, its almost impossible to respond to all of them as we are a small company and the manpower is not always available, hence to non response via mail or phone. We would ask any clients with issues over orders to email Us at [EMAIL="dresscode20@yahoo.com"]dresscode20@yahoo.com[/EMAIL], and we will endevour to assist as much as humanly possible.0

I received my two iPod shuffles yesterday so don't worry, Models and Modistas aren't ripping anyone off!
Unfortunately one is the wrong colour and the box was totally smashed when I received it, so that'll have to be sent back for a replacement.
Models and Modistas, if you read this I've emailed your yahoo address, can you reply with the details of what I need to do about getting my iPod replaced?

Sounds a very poorly run business (dropshipping from a garage??)
Manpower issues are up to you to resolve, you simply can't ignore the people lining your pockets because you havent got enough staff.
The WorldPay payment confirmation as described above does not constitute an order acceptance so the people lining your pockets do not even know if their order has been accepted. All they know is that their money has gone.
a YAHOO email address for a business???
