:hello: Hi Tea
I'm with Karmacat - I hope you get some good news about DD soon.
Has you DS decided to give karate another go next week? Several friends of mine say that it has really given confidence to their LOs when they have joined !
How are you getting on with DS's birthday arrangements? It was on your to-do list..is he a before-Xmas or after? My DD is just after (1st couple of days of term) but always ends up feeling a little bit like all of her friends are 'celebrated out' after Xmas & New Year and have lost any enthusiasm for starting again for her birthday. It's hard being an Xmas baby. Mind you she was supposed to be born Xmas Eve but in true 'leave me in bed' style she held on for a few more weeks - I'm sure she was born a teenager!!:rotfl::happyhear 2009 Sealed Pot Challenger No 395 Target £300 :j

Morning all,
Topcat is on the t.v and I have a few moments silence from the kiddies.
Dizzee - DS's birthday is in June, I know a long way off, but DH and I decided right from the start that we'd do 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 18th and then 21st birthday parties for the kids and as DS is approaching his 5th I am trying to get some ideas and venues sorted so that after Christmas I can then go and book it and start each month/week ordering bits towards it and thus avoiding any last minute panic.
As for karate, I am going to take him another couple of times as he may then realise that his bestfriend is having fun and therefore may want to join in.
Tea

What a cold and frosty morning it is today…I think I may have to de-ice the car shortly.
I forgot to mention yesterday that a friend of ours gave us some clothes for DD as her daughter had grown out of them and as DD has had a bit of a growth spurt recently it was a blessing and it saved us a bit of money too.
Today my plan is as follows:- Take DS to school
- Wait for gutter men to sort gutter out
- Wash up
- Change beds
- Clean bathroom
- Hoover upstairs and stairs
- Iron 10 items of clothing and put away
- Decide what to make for dinner…might have to have a look in the freezer
- Do daily clicks
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Hiya - well, all that stuff needs doing, for sure. Your kids watch Top Cat! Is that the old version or a remake??? I used to love Top Cat!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

It's the old version...on Boomerang channel first thing, there is Top Cat, Wacky Races, Tom & Jerry and then Scooby Doo...all the old stuff and not the new stuff! It's brilliant
I think I'm still just a kid at heart. 0 -
Thats great! I bet I can still sing along to Top Cat

Morning Purpletea hope you have a good day.
We love Boomerang, although I think I may love it more than my daughter
