Well, first day went well. Pretty much stuck to plan, substituted yoghurt for a low fat hm fruit muffin. Also had half a tin of mandarins after dinner, so quite pleased with myself. Got early start tomorrow so planned meals tonight:
breakfast=toast and marmalade
snack=banana, raisins
lunch=tuna sandwich, low fat fruit muffin
dinner=2 veg sausages, beans, grilled tomato and mushrooms, hm wedges
pudding=yoghurt
About 1500 cals, off to sort my packed lunch now0 -

Marie (((hugs))) hope you feel better soon x

Daily eating plan Good morning all, raining this morning which should get rid of most of the slushy snow still on the footpaths and roads. Miss the sun though:p!
I am going for my diabetic eye test today which involves them putting drops in my eyes and then going away for an hour before doing the rest of the test. This will all start at 11:30 so I suppose I shall have to take a packed lunch or something with me as I won't be able to drive home! I was going to have soup for lunch, I will still make it this morning and have a bowl when I get back.
OMG I lead such a boring life:o!
Breakfast - Last nights leftover pasta bake - free (there were a couple of syns in there but I counted them yesterday so they must be free today;))
Lunch - ham in a wm roll and an apple - with HM leek and potato soup later.
Dinner - Roast chicken, cauliflower, mange tout, mashed potato with berries and yogurt later on.
Thats it for now, have to go and wash my hair!
Love

marie - hugs to you, hope it lifts a little soon
Feeling a bitmyself. Forked out for 3 new tyres for the car on payday and now seems I have a radiator problem and am losing water and coolant ... and have no money coz I spent it all getting my tyres sorted
Sometimes I wish we didn't have to have a car - but picking up stepkids, getting to and from work takes more than twice as long with no car
Food today:
b: oats, water, nana, honey
l: bacon leek and tatty soup (a bit like the sw one posted - thanks- but made with stock instead coz I'm not on sw, and not liquidized coz I couldn't be bothered so left it chunky
)
d: chicken breast with pesto wrapped in bacon and probably rustic chips.
snacks - are very probable today!!!working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
popsytops Now that recipe for meatless shepherd pie sounds simple to make but filling. Me thinks my husband is going to be guinea pig again
Since embarking on this weight loss we have tried many new dishes and he asked jokingly once whether he was the test guinea pig so now long standing joke.
We have had a good covering of snow over night and every where is white. Our poor dog didn't now what to make of it this morning and was running round the garden like a demented idiot. Don't plan going far until we have thawed a bit I think. Though suppose to go to Bognor Regis on Monday to do a delivery for my DH brother as a favour. We have not done many deliveries for the past couple of months and now we have several together seem like buses none and then they all come at once.
BREAKFAST cereal with flaxseed
DINNER Steamed vegetables, with lamb
LUNCH Sandwich and cuppa soup
SNACKS yoghurt, fruit and nuts plus a chocolate low fat dessert that's got my name on it

but... I am currently feeling sick as a dog. my tummy is twisting and it hurts so much and I've got the runs. So the soup is being forced down and I'm trying to battle on through with work. May just go straight to bed when I get home.
When I do feel better tho I must go on the Wii fit and weigh myself. See what the damage of the last few days is!House saving Targets:
