Frogga, well done on not letting the toad have his evil way :T.
JoJoB, how did the eggs turn out with the oil/water mixture? I would have thought the oil would have floated on top of the water. I'm sure even with just olive oil or sunflower oil in the frylite bottle it would still be ok as it would only be adding a light mist
Agapanthus, I hate having the builders in....poor you
Stuck to my guns last night, no vino or crisps; just a cuppa then bed
Plan for today...
BREAKFAST - Porridge with semi-skimmed milk & raisins. Glass OJ. 2 large teas.
LUNCH - DH went to shop & bought some things for breakfast, I didn't feel like them so I'm having them for lunch instead - 2 pancakes with low-fat spread, 1 snowball & 1 large tea.
DINNER - 2 slices of frozen pizza, wedges & taco sauce to dip.
I will be having lots of my beloved vino tonight and I will allow myself a packet of crisps if I feel like them
Good luck everyone :T0 -

I have used "Sparkpeople" site before - Google it and you'll get a link. It is free USA site.
Set a calorie/low fat/low salt/vegan/pork free - whatever you need - target and it gives meal plans to suite OR you can enter ingredients and save them as a recipe.
It will track certain nutrients so you could track salt intake for example.
It takes a while to set up the portions sizes - their standard is USA cups but you can chose grams instead , but once you have saved foods you eat most days - like 50g oats - in your favourites it becomes faster.
Thanks for thatI'm signed up and I can but try
Will have to take some time to have a proper mooch around it, but I'll do that later when I get back from shopping
