    Morning Peeps,

Just a quickie to say after getting as low as I could on Sunday, and feeling like total carp, I actually ate well yesterday and didn't binge or overeat at all. Actually feel very chuffed with getting through a whole day. It's been AGES since I managed to get to bedtime without stuffing at some point so that's really possitive.
Thought you might like to know :D

    well done Frogga :)

I think I'm in your sunday place, its TOTM and the scales have moved by 4lbs...the wrong way :( I know it's just fluid and hormones, but my lord it's depressing.

At the hospital today for a check up, and wanted to impress them with 7 stone, 6 stone 10lbs just doesn't sound the same :(

Good Morning everyone! Very cold here this morning and very icy too, although the sun is shine which is a good thing!:D My DH and I will stay indoors again today, DD1 has gone off to work with a workmate who has a 4X4 and DD2 is happy that the school where she works is closed today:beer:.

Eating was pretty close to plan yesterday although a few sliced of buttered toast somehow found their way to me. I am putting the blame on Mother Nature because I am sure that in very cold weather our instincts are to eat more and lay in supplies of body fat to protect us from the cold! :rotfl:

    Today I am having:

Breakfast - hot blueberry breakfast rice (free)

Lunch - beans and sliced quorn sausages on wholemeal toast (free, heb)

Dinner - Salmon with herbs baked in rice with vegetables (free)

Late snack - chocolate scan bran cakes served warm with muller vanilla/chocolate yogurt poured over ( 4 syns)

Anyone going out today please please be careful!

    Love
    Marion

    Morning all!

    Frogga - well done - keep going!:T

ShelBel - I'm sure the hospital will still be pleased with your impressive loss!:T

am off to work later till 10pm tonight so am taking supplies with me - even though all food is supplied I like to be in control of what I'm eating.

B - poached egg and spaghetti on toast

D - possibly a sachet of green giant soup from the cupboard(mushroom) will try not to have bread with it.

D - yesterdays lentil cottage pie as I ended up having fishfingers, oven chips and mushy peas.

    snacks - fruit ,yoghurt,

I hopped on the scales this morning and so far have STS which is great!:j

hope you all have a good day x

Do you like the Green Giant soup? I bought the vegetable one and had to throw it out because it was so horrible!

I am just in the middle of making fairy cakes because my sister and her carer (she has downs syndrome) and an old friend of my Mum's are coming to visit at lunch. So far I have resisted the urge to eat any of the mixture and I hope I can continue to be strong once they are iced! I had two pieces of toast with cottage cheese on and a cup of coffee for breakfast so I am not hungry - it's just they smell nice, so I've lit some of my yankee candles to smother the cake smell!

RS - I liked the veggie one which had kidney beans in it. I havent tried the mushroom or tomato one though. I only bought them for work , normally I prefer HM ones but they're ok if you're in a hurry.

Impressed at Newlywed and newlywed spouse walking all that way. I hope the boss appreciated it.

I think so, he gave us a lift most of the way home ;)
Got the bus today - our road is still an ice rink so not going to risk the car. The main roads are pretty clear though.

I've weighed today but actually forgotten what I weighed last week  Anyway 5lbs to go to get back to goal.

    Food today:
    b: oats and honey
    l: minestrone soup
    d: HM turkey curry

Snacks are a small cherry crumble :p
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
  • Purpleorc - I do measurements because I don't actually have scales!! So it's the only way I can keep track of my weight loss. Although I find it's much better measuring than weighing because I'm more concerned about my measurements than my actual weight! I can handle a little extra weight as long as my trousers are feeling a little looser! :p
You were saying that your body shape was changing without you losing weight, well just remember than when you're exercising fat will turn to muscle which weighs more than fat so in theory you can put on weight but still loose the inches!
