Morning all,
Woke up pretty hungry this morning which is unusual for me, I normally have to force breakfast down
I am still on the wagon and hoping for a good week.
B: Porridge with skimmed milk and water
L: Indian vegetable soupHM Spaghetti matriciana with a big salad and balsamic vinegar
S: Maybe a slice of banana loaf if I fancy it, had some yesterday and it really hit the spot. Its also a lot lower in junk and calories than alot of other stuff so I dont feel so bad about having a piece.
Hope everyone is OK and feeling motivated0 -
Good morning all.
Waiting in for a million deliveries today. Poker chips, a carpet for our tent and a bed for our daughter. At least I dont have to brave the cold until its time to pick my daughter up from school.

Good morning
Stuck to plan quite well yesterday. I had a hot cross bun for supper and a few chocolate mini eggs, but don't feel as horribly guilty as usual due to taking up running :A
isparticus - here's some information about Couch 2 5k, and here's a link to the podcasts I'm listening to. I'm finding it much easier than having to run with a stop watch!
Today's food diary:
Breakfast - tangerine muller light, tea with skimmed milk
Lunch - leftover pasta from last night with pesto, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese
Dinner - Chicken wrapped in bacon in a tomato sauce (leftover passata with lea and perrins and some herbs boiled for a bit) with SW chips and veg
Snacks - grapes, clementinesCymru am Byth!0 -
Hi everyone! I sort of stuck to my plan yesterday although I had a couple of glasses of port that shouldnt have had!
Today is:
B - Yog, Apple
Lunch - Soup, crisps
Dinner - Trout, Jkt pot and Veg
Snack - Choc bisc bar & Wine
Total of 15 WW points. I've already been naughty and had a wee slice of chinese sponge cake. Darn it! I figure that must be 2 points by the size of it so I'm still ok!
I'm going for a run again tonight and I was on the Wii Fit for 35 mins last night! The cat thinks it's a good game to go for my legs when I'm doing step on it so it's like having a small sharp weight hanging of my legs! Extra excercise I figure!
Thanks for all the kind welcomes!!House saving Targets:
