I am sooooo nearly a size 14
I am wearing a size 14 top today that I bought in the sale at sainsburys yesterday to put away for next month lol, and my size 16 jeans are very loose. The size 14 jeans fit but aren't very comfy yet.
I truly can't remember being a size 14 ever.
Also, got some 34D bra's to try, as was in 36D. 36Ds are now in the charity shop bagStarted at a 42DD so chuffed with that.

It's the end of my first week on the £20 BHF diet and I've done it despite my expensive duck at the start of the week. And lost weight too.
bfst Scrambled egg + a little salmon , toast, mushroom, juice (70.4)
lunch carrot and lentil soup, bread (17.3)
tea roast chicken (75.0) roast potato, parsnip, carrots, leeks (48.5)
mullerlight (50.0)
snack banana, crackers (17.0)
Total for day £2.78 leaving me 34p under budget for the week.
It was a big chicken so I hope to get another 4 adult size meals off it.
I'm dropping my target to £17.50 next week, and weighing in tomorrow.Popsy0 -

What an inspiration you are Shell :j Well done matey.
Just a quick one from me this morning ~ felt like I had to post. I've just been watching GMTV where they've been talking about a new campaign to get parents to give their children healthy food by showing them pictures of what todays children will look like tomorrow. Then they showed them pictures of alot of chubby people, no more than a size 16~18 IMO. The presenter said something along the lines of " ...........and if we don't stop givving our children pizza and chocolate they are all gonna end up like that  " Oh, how horrendous! Not like that surely :rolleyes2 They kept going on and on about how shocking it was and how upsetting to think that our children could end up in such a state. It's made me feel like utter crap this am after I was feeling quite possitive.
I know everyone wants to be a size 12, and I am unhappy at a size 18, but it's not that horrendous for God sake surely? When did our fears for our childrens future turn from what sort of adults they turned into moraly to what they looked like?
Ok, I've hopped off me soap box, have a good day guysSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Good morning,
I know what you mean Frogga, Kind of "it's ok if they're muggers and thugs as long as they're thin".
Today is going to be a challenge. I am tired because somebody small woke me at 5am and insisted on staying awake. I am on a course at work today and tomorrow which I'm not looking forward to - I hate having my routine disturbed, however I've made my sandwiches to take with me.
Todays food is ;-
Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - chicken sandwich and apple
Dinner - mushroom soup and toast
Supper - bowl of cereal0 -

Exactly Cranky! When I was a tadpole I had an Uncle Tony who was in prison. If I was a bit naughty or had told a fib or something my Mum used to say "now get a hold of yourself or you'll end up like Uncle TonyThat was enough to make us stop and think
Now I have visions of local people telling their kids " now watch what you eat or you'll end up being like Frogga  " "Oh no Mumma, not like Frogga _pale_ "
I've spent weeks, months, ney years, trying to take on board all of you lot telling me I'm a nice frog, I've got nice Tadpoles, It doesn't make me a bad person, and now some skinny bi*ch on GMTV has made me feel like poo  At least I'm not a sarky, stuck up snotty old wanna be Penny SmithOoooooooooooo that's better

morning all!
Frogga - am just watching the bit on GMTV you mentioned! Ignore it - we all know you are a nice Frog! :T Being thin doesn't necessarily mean you are a nice person nor does it mean you are healthy. There can be a lot of hidden fat around your organs. Keep going with eating healthily, it will be worth it in the end!;)
Last day off today.
Food plans
B - 28g porridge with skimmed milk
S - banana
L - HM leek and potato soup with wholemeal toast
S - clementines/yoghurt
d - quorn'chicken' curry made with some low fat korma sauce and served with Tilda brown and white rice(Basmati) I will add extra veggies to it as well
my treat for today will be a skinny cow lolly(5 syns) I will try and keep clear of the M & S shortbread today - wont be easy.
hope you all have a good day and good luck to anyone weighing in today.Do what you love :happyhear0
