Hello to everyone. I have never posted on the weight loss thread before but was wondering if anyone can help. Does anyone know of a free website where you can enter food items and it shows a running total of nutrition breakdown i.e. calories, fat, fibre, protein, carbohydrate? I have been using WLR which does this wonderfully but I've had to cancel my membership due to tightening our financial belts. Thanks for any help you can give.

Well the sun did come out and Charlie and I had a lovely walk in the park this morning. When we went into the park he was all white and fluffy and still smelling faintly perfumed from his grooming session on Wednesday. When we left he was covered in mud, totally bedraggled from running around with his little doggy friends, smelt of fox where he had rolled in their muck, and had a huge grin on his face:D Bless!
I did a MMA session this afternoon in the front room and sorted out a huge Ikea unit that has had everything stuffed into it for the last 5 years or so and moved a few bits of furniture around. Worked solid for almost 2 hours and got very red faced but must have burned off a few calories!
Looking forward to my pasta bake now which is almost ready to eat!
Love

I gave myself a stern talking to this afternoon and have decided to perservere for the rest of this week with EE but to try and watch portion sizes and make sure that I have a free snack in between each meal to stop me getting ravenous.
Today I have had:
Wholemeal toast, skimmed milky coffee for breakfast
mushy peas and ham and mushroom omelette for lunch
small amount of cottage cheese for snack at around 4.30 and I am just cooking my tea of pasta n sauce which I will mix with some of my free tomato and veg soup to make a REALLY thick soup.
RL - I found another place to get nice plus size clothes - it's called Bonprix http://www.bonprix.co.uk and they have some lovely things. I ordered some tops three days ago and they came today and they look really nice (well, everything's relative when you're my size IYKWIM). They do their normal range up to size 30, but then a plus size range which goes up to size 32 of which the lengths increase as the sizes do so they are long enough. I got 2 sweatshirt material tops, 2 lovely tunic jumpers, a lovely baby blue dressier top, 2 bras and a cardigan - total order was £90 which isn't cheapy cheap but still not bad, as the quality is really nice. Don't know how they'll wash but ...
Hope you are all having a good evening. I wish Dancing on Ice was on on a Saturday - it's not the same on a Sunday because I am always rushing round getting uniforms ironed and kids bathed etc.Jane

Delete the stray "m" on the end of the address. Then it works. If we are supposed to be thin, why does chocolate exist?0 -

PJ1 I've used sparkpeople a lot to track food. Again it's American but they have an awful lot of features including being able to track more than just the basics (so you can check how much vitamen C or B or calcium or whatever) you are taking in and they also have a huge community with challenges and support forums. They also have resident experts who can answer questions and a huge archive of diet and nutrition articles. And it's free but you get a lot of emails tho.

Daily eating plan
Good morning everyone, had a good lay in this morning which is unusual for me. My daughter was also up and asked for french toast for breakfast, which I have just cooked for her - Charlie had an upset tummy last night and she was met with the results when she came down this morning so of course she had to clean it up.;) (remind myself not to give Charlie reheated rice bake in future).
Must say it smells define but I am not going to have any since I get weighed tomorrow morning and must be extra good today!
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt with scan bran cakes (free + heb)
Lunch - roast chicken, mashed potato, brussels, carrots, green beans, gravy (free+2 syns)
Snack - coffee and rest of scan bran cakes from breakfast (milk from hea)
Supper - Very large bowl of hm vegetable soup and fresh fruit as needed!
Hope you all have a good day
Love
