Not a move on the weight I put on over Christmas, what's worse I seem to be addicted to all the carp that is around since then...still boxes of sweets and biscuits to get rid of...could cry!
Congratulations to those who have lost and sympathy to the gainers...when there is more light we will all feel better (I hope!)
Night all

Morning Peeps
WD this morning and the scales say I've lost . Guess it's an ok result but have the usual feelings of 'wish I was already there.............'
Last Sat I wd 18st 7lb but that was after stuffing on Friday due to Tadpole 1's B Day. On Mon I weighed 18 st 2lb which I think was more of a true reading. This morning I'm 17st 12lb. It's nice to be 17 something again but instead of being chuffed with this weeks loss, I'm already thinking about how much I'll weigh next weekMad Frog disease is prevelent in Suffolk you know.
Welcome to the newbys, hello to all the rest of you:hello: but special hello's to Tappy, Marie(Gran), Newlywed, suzid ,jojo and Floyd :kisses3: oh, and what's her name? RS or something?.
Hope those weighing in get good results, have a good weekend xxxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Morning gang!:D
Frogga - you've done brilliantly!:A :T just keep going or we'll all be round to sort you out!;)
Newlywed - I have the same problem with hobnobs - we all love them but I eat them before they've even reached the oven:D so I try and avoid making them often which isn't really fair on the others.
andyslinz - welcome :hello: here's a few of my lunch ideas
spaghetti on toast
cous cous with salad(I dont eat meat but it would go well with meat or fish too)
rice salad - packet of batchelors rice with added salad bits or even fruit
HM soup with crispbread
jacket spud with tuna, spaghetti or cottage cheese
mackerel on toast(tin) with salad
cant think of any more ATM but thats what I mainly have at work. I love HM soups in the winter.
Am working from 11am today till 7 am tomorrow morning:eek: (sleep-in included) so lots of preparation needed.
B - spaghetti on toast
L - roasted vegetable cous cous with a big salad
D - quorn chilli and rice
snacks/extras banana, clementines , shape satisfaction yoghurt, ryvita goodness bar. lots of fruit to fill me up if I can eat it all!
got the weekend off so should be easier away from work.
have a good day all xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Daily eating plan EE Morning everyone, didn't post yesterday as was at an aution freezing my butt off all day! Loads of tat for sale but did get a nice Lorna Bailey dog and some wine, didn't get the microwave which was new and boxed, but I am sure the final price was higher than it would be to buy in the shops! I dropped out before then though!:p
I was good and took a packed lunch with me and felt very virtuous when everyone else was buying hot sausages in rolls and bags of crisps from the tea corner:T
I am digressing though so here is my plan for today:
Breakfast - bacon and eggs (free) plus a satsuma and apple (free)
Lunch - Leftover bits from the fridge including a bit of chilli and a bit of pasta bake and a bit of soup. Will just mike the whole lot and pretend I got it off a hot buffet :rotfl::rotfl:(all free)
afternoon snack - a couple of alpen lights with my coffee (HEB & HEA is milk during the day in my drinks)
Dinner - again using up loads of almost empty bags of stuff but from the freezer this time! So will be putting into my Remoska - some frozen peas, frozen mushrooms, cooked and shredded frozen chicken, some bits of frozen chopped up ham, frozen pepper slices, frozen onion slices. Will add a couple mugs of water and a mug of long grain rice. Put iin soya sauce when its done and dish up to the family whilst pretending is is a recipe I got from a magazine.:D This will all be (free) however they will have some grated parmeson on theirs also. Actually I could too and syn it although it is Friday night and I may just have a glass of wine, will decide later!
This has turned into a bit of ramble hasn't it- sorry for the long post!
Love

Morning folks,
Yesterday went a bit t*ts-up after OH decided chippy tea was a better option than making something
Anyway, water under the bridge, small curry rice and chips tasted nice but made me feel rough so at least it will put me off for a while
B: Porridge with ss milk and water
L: Chickpea and carrot soup (not HM tut tut)Scouse with HM pickled red cabbage and beetroot
S: Just fruit, pear, clementine and banana I suspect
Well done to all the losers and welcome to new recruits :T0 -
Frogga I'm going to have to have a few words with you. STOP looking forwards constantly. What's wrong with now? By looking forwards you are denying yourself the congratulations for your achievements so far. You have had a fantastic loss this week, which is wholly down to your own efforts. So pause a minute, and acknowledge that.Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0

Good morning all. Yesterday went rather well with a really tasty veggie pasta bake for tea.
Poached Egg w/toast
Fruit
Leftover pasta bake (mouth watering already)
Bacon strips
Not a flaming clue. I know there is fish in the freezer though
Have a good weekend all. I might pop in if and when I can.0 -
Well, I've put on 2lbs this week - not a happy bunny
At least I know where I've gone wrong (boxes of chocolate still left over from Christmas!) but the annoying thing is I've got that 'two voices, one on each shoulder' thing going on that you see in children's cartoons. On one side is a voice telling me 'you need to lose weight, you can do it' but the other voice saying 'go on, have some chocolate, it won't do any harm' is winning. The problem is the first voice (the 'good' one) is also giving me a massive guilt trip about eating said chocolate and the 2lb gain
Anyway, here are my plans for today:
Ham butty (HM wholemeal bread & leftover ham from joint I cooked in SC on Weds night)
Muller light
Macaroni cheese (with onion and last of the leftover ham in the cheese sauce)
It would be alright if I'd got up early enough to have the porridge I'd planned for breakfast, and if I can avoid the chocolates tonight, but I know that a little voice will be telling me 'go on...it's Friday!'
On a brighter note, I plan to take up running as a new pastime this weekend. I've dug out my trainers and suitable clothes and have downloaded some 'couch to 5k' podcasts. I suppose a little voice is telling me 'do more exercise and the chocolate won't matter so much'
I've had enough of these little voices...help!?Cymru am Byth!0 -
If the chocs are that much of a problem bin them. Your good voice will congratulate you and you bad voice will be in too much of a mood to even speak.0
