  • Clearly not completelylost then. Bravo!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
  • Had a weigh-in yesterday and had lost 0.7kg (around 1.5lbs) so heading in the right direction!

Although I still have my horrible cold so I decided to treat myself to a pizza last night. When it was in the oven I decided to check the calorie content.....960 calories!!!!!!! I only ate half in the end but that was still a hefty 480 cals. Had the other half for dinner tonight. Nothing but soup and sandwiches next week! (well maybe! :p)

On a slightly healthier note I bought myself an Edinburgh leisure card yesterday as they had a half price offer on in Jan. It gives me 25% off the leisure facilities so I'm hoping to go to a fitness class each week and maybe hit the gym every now and again too. Just need to get motivated! :)

Morning all, and well done on your loss frogga - that's brilliant for a month! :j

I did well yesterday, resisted all temptation. Changed lunch to quiche and salad and had sausage and mash for dinner.

Today the plan is to take DD to a yoga-based playgroup at 9.30, hopefully will get water heated up in time to get ready for it, otherwise will take her to the park instead.

B: clementine, half a piece of wholemeal toast (100)

L: hm spicy carrot and lentil soup (result of a delish experiment yesterday) and a piece of quiche (400)

D: pasta in hm tomato sauce with a splash of cream and cheese (700)
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher

Morning all. Well done to all those who are lighter than previously ;)
(especially well done to frogga - keep going mate, you know you can get there).

Decided to walk part of the way to work this morning (no point getting in early when you're going to be made redundant), so that was nearly 2 miles walked. As its such a nice day I might go for a lunchtime walk too - aiming for 6,000 steps today as haven't been exercising much since the operation and feel like I'm fit enough now.

b: just right cereal with oat milk
s: 4 shortbread fingers - yeah but I stopped at 4, which is unusual!
l: egg and low fat mayo rolls
    d: salmon and veg

Planning to have a nsd today so that will mean no choccy or anything else I don't already have on me.

Must drink more during the day - I know I'm a bit dehydrated.

  • Well done to frogga & everyone else that has lost weight :T:T

    Plan for today.....

BREAKFAST - Large tea. Bowl of porridge with semi-skimmed milk & raisins. Glass OJ.

    LUNCH - Not sure yet.

DINNER - Chicken & bacon supreme with tagliatelle or spaghetti & a slice of garlic bread.

I'm using up the last of the chicken I made on saturday, I had a few slices of thick back bacon in freezer & some mushrooms in the fridge that need using....so dinners sorted with no waste :D
  • Morning all! It's great to come on here and read about the losses some of you have had... just a shame I never get to post one! Well I suppose I can't expect much if I continue my 'good in the week, BAD at the weekend' routine which I've had for the past month. The less said about my diet this weekend the better  Really going to try and sort my head out this week and try to have a 'normal' approach to food, rather than the obsessive one i currently have.

B: Porridge made with water, handful raisins
L: Light cream cheese on HM seeded bread, mullerlight yog, pear
    Snack: Banana
D: Just writing my mealplan now so not sure, but it WILL be something nice and healthy and veg-based.
    Snack: Apple

Exercise: 30min walk at lunchbreak, 1hr light cardio at gym after work

Here's hoping we all have a good, positive and slim week :)
