I'm pleased to say that without even trying I've managed to loose 5lbs this month :D Between indulging in a few takeaways, chocolates (birthday & Christmas leftovers), hurting my back so I didn't go on the wii fit for 2 weeks and spending most of this month at home I'm surprised I lost anything :rotfl: Starting Monday I'm making a concerted effort to loose some weight which is going to be helped by spending Sunday batch cooking hopefully in portion sized meals for the freezer & small muffins/fairycakes for when I'm craving something sweet instead of heading for chocolate ;)
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Oh dear, I have put on yet more this week - 4 pounds!!!!:eek:

That does it....I am getting back to eating healthier and exercising more from now on (funny, I said this only 4 weeks ago!!).
    .
So I am on my lonesome for 21/2 days. Now this could go two ways...I could pig out all weekend as there is no-one to see or stop me, or, I could be REALLY GOOD and hide away any temptation lurking around the house. I am aiming for the latter, ofcourse....we'll see how things go. :)

    I.

I have just had 10 days on my own and aother 3 to go, I've loved it as I can eat exactly what I want. for me that's pasta, stirfry and veggie meals.

I don't have cakes or biscuits in the house as its only me & my fella, but maybe you could pack all the nice things off with DH & DS so that you don't have the temptation?

I also got in lots of alcohol free drinks as wine is my biggest downfall at home.

I didn't do as well as I'd hope as I sliced the top off my finger on Tuesday, BUT I did resist takeaways in the evening and so even though I bought chips at lunch time and had a sausage roll for breakfast twice I have managed a 1lb loss for the month - which is my target.

If you find yourself having a low blood sugar moment than try and have a cuppa with the treat of your choice as it fills you up that bit quicker and will hopefully stop you pigging out. I also try and reflect over that cuppa how many times I want the peace & quiet when I dont' have it!!
