miss_cupcake, if I had stayed near the packet long enough my willpower would have deserted me!

T: Stew from the freezer with a wholemeal roll for dipping
S: 2 crumpets, slither of flora and ginger jam. 5 fruitella sweets found in the biscuit barrell :doh:0 -
Hi NW,
try some of the sparkling favoured waters available, sainsbury's do 3 for £1 and calories are 4 per 100ml from memory.
Also serving in a wine glass with dinner makes me feel a lot better!
I tried that lolo cheese and thought it was nicer than the be good to yourself stuff.
Diet not really gone to plan.... I got my new book out "Dough" and made focaccia... then decided it was good so made one with sun dried tomato and lolo cheese (which kind of defeats the point since it's olive oil in it and on it anyway)
Well I've been eating less cakes and biscuits coz I've been full on bread  :rotfl:
Back to work soon. Must try harderworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Congrats on the loss taplady!
Yesterday was a good day for me food-wise (stuck to plan for once) but I pulled a muscle in my back during my dance class  Very frustrating as I've had a niggling pain there for a while and it's quite uncomfortable. I'll take it easy on the exercise front for the next few days and hopefully it'll ease out a bit. Plan for today..
B: Scrambled egg on one slice wholemeal toast
L: Light cream cheese sandwhich on wholemeal bread, muller light yog (still waiting for lakeland to deliver my easiyo haul!), pear
Snack: Another pearChickpea and potato curry with one small homemade naan
Snack: Hopefully nothing but handful of dried fruit if i must
Exercise: Light workout at the gym for 1hr (depending on back pain)
It's a horrible, miserable, rainy day here but here's hoping everyone has a nice day anyway0 -
Gosh this board is a bit clicky isn't it? I've been standing quietly in the corner for two days now after introducing myself and nobody has even said hello! (Note to self-check deodorant is still working!!) :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a nice day and is successful on the willpower front. :T

Sorry PJ! :doh:I'm usually pretty good with intros (as are the other folk) but I've just been dipping in for a quick update of status and not really reading so many apologies
WELCOME ABOARD :hello::hello::hello::hello:
Yesterday went a bit t**s up as I met a friend for tea before going to the footy. Gourmet Burger Kitchen does bad things to me, I lose all self control  I had a falafel burger with chips and a chocolate milkshakeOn the plus side I only ate 3/4 of the burger and 1/2 the chips but still, a milkshake?????? What was I thinking, I NEVER have things like that normally
Anyway, I had 1 and 1/2 pints of lager as well but heres hoping that standing in the freezing cold for 2 hours burned off a few cals heh heh
B: 2 wholemeal toast and marmalade, no butter
L: Forgot to make any, prob a shop sandwich at about 350 calsKing prawn laksa made by OH and a raw courgette and carrot ribbon salad HM with peanut dressing
S: Small skinny latte
Have a fab week all x0 -
