B: Porridge made with skimmed milk, half a chopped banana, few sultanas and sprinkle of golden linseeds.

D: Mini pot of hummus and mrs crimbles corn crackers

T: Polenta and mushroom and tuna ragout (was a bit :undecided not sure we will have it again)

S: One haribo fangtastic sweet, will be having a 2 finger kitkat later.

Managed to avoid several chocolates and biscuits offered to me today at work today. :D

Don't usually have a 'yummy' every night, just at weekends but struggling not to have one this week. Sure it will be easier again next week when I am fully in the post christmas swing of it.

Back on it properly from today.

    Lunch - soup, yogurt
    Snack - bran muffin

    L - as above

D - jacket spud with tuna and salad(unless I change my mind)

  • jem1276 - How anyone can eat just one haribo sweet is beyond me! You must have excellent willpower!

raspberry - Putting on just 3lbs over Xmas really good - I'm still avoiding the scales so goodness knows what my damage is!

taplady - Your brunch sounds delicious! Already had my breakfast but could easily enjoy a brunch today too :p

Well yesterday was quite a good day for me and just about managed to stick to the plan. Got a good 5K run in at the gym lastnight with some serious sprinting for the last half K (I must've looked like a woman possessed on that treadmill!) I think I need to start incorporating more stomach-specific exercises though, my belly is such a problem area for me and at the moment the bulge is definitely winning the battle  Anyway today's plan:

B: Porridge with half a banana and handful raisins
L: Light cream cheese sandwhich on wholemeal, muller light yog, pear
    Snack: Another pear
D: Grilled salmon with warm chickpea and spinach salad
    Evening snack: Grapes, carrot sticks

Exercise: 20min walk at lunch (if this stupid drizzle stops) and hour long dance class at the gym tonight

Hope everyone has a lovely day :)
  • Good luck for tonight taplady!!

am rather peckish now but will be off at 6pm so I'm putting my jacket spud in when I go so I can tuck in as soon as I get back.
