jem1276 - How anyone can eat just one haribo sweet is beyond me! You must have excellent willpower!
raspberry - Putting on just 3lbs over Xmas really good - I'm still avoiding the scales so goodness knows what my damage is!
taplady - Your brunch sounds delicious! Already had my breakfast but could easily enjoy a brunch today too
Well yesterday was quite a good day for me and just about managed to stick to the plan. Got a good 5K run in at the gym lastnight with some serious sprinting for the last half K (I must've looked like a woman possessed on that treadmill!) I think I need to start incorporating more stomach-specific exercises though, my belly is such a problem area for me and at the moment the bulge is definitely winning the battle  Anyway today's plan:
B: Porridge with half a banana and handful raisins
L: Light cream cheese sandwhich on wholemeal, muller light yog, pear
Snack: Another pearGrilled salmon with warm chickpea and spinach salad
Evening snack: Grapes, carrot sticks
Exercise: 20min walk at lunch (if this stupid drizzle stops) and hour long dance class at the gym tonight
Hope everyone has a lovely day0 -
Good luck for tonight taplady!!0
