    yesterday went like this......
    Eltee12 wrote: »

B - Porridge (a lot of) with honey
L - HM beef casserole with dumplings
D - HM (but not by me) Chicken & Ham pie with chips

hmmmm, I spot a serious lack of Fruit & Veg!

.... PLUS a bit of Christmas Cake....... mmmmm

Christmas stuff almost all gone now, except I received a round orange-flavoured chocolate ball with popping bits (sounds like Berrys Bocholate Borange) yesterday from a colleague - will save this till the weekend and share with OH & DS.

    today's menu

B - Cereal (sounds like Bellogs Bunchy But Bornflakes), milk

L - Sarnie, crisp & drink meal deal from campus shop (too cold to go in search of healthy stuff)

D - HM (not by me) Kleftico, probably with mash or pretend saute potatoes (sliced and put in oven with spray of light olive oil). Then we'll finish the Christmas Cake off (only tiny bit left)

    Phew

    Hi all

Good day for me so far, no bad things because I decided against tackling the snow and worked from home. Can't always do it, just fortunate that the stuff I have on at the moment involves alot of reading :)

B: 2 wholemeal toast, no butter anf HM blueberry bay jam

L: Dal and a mini naan

D: Probably pasta and some sort of sauce with a little grating of parmesan

S: Nothing as we dont have anything in

Hi everyone, can I join you again?

I haven't been on this thread for a loooong time and it's time to get motivated again. It's DH's 40th birthday in July and my 40th in December, I would love to lose a good bit of weight before then.

    Today........

BREAKFAST - Bowl of porridge with semi-skimmed milk & handful raisins, glass OJ & large tea.

LUNCH - Sandwich...2 slices white bread, 3 slices wafer thin ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion & some chilli mayo. Large tea.

    AFTERNOON - Large tea.

    DINNER - Steak fajitas.

DH bought me Carol Vorderman's Active health game for my Nintendo DS. I started it yesterday, put in height & weight & she tells you how many calories you should eat to lose weight.

It comes with an activity meter (pedometer to you & me), you point it at the game and it registers how active you've been. The game asks you to log your food diary and gives suggestions if your meals are too high in fat, sugar etc.

It also gives me a distraction in the evening instead of eating :D
  • Hello to everyone!! Not been on here since just before Xmas as I have no computer at home at the moment and also been having a really stressful life

My first weigh-in tonight at WW since before Xmas (assuming the snow they're forecasting for this evening doesn't come on to heavy)

Not expecting good things as I comfort ate my way through Xmas, but at least i lost 7lbs in a fortnight before Xmas which should help balance it all out!! (not that I'm condoning that sort of weight loss in a fortnight!)

    Hi everyone

Can only fit in one pair of trousers so time to get on here again!

    Have planned tomorrows meals:

    B: porridge, raisins, skim milk
L: Tomatoes or egg on toast
D: Small portion HM lasagne (inc. peppers, mushrooms, onions, courgette and tomatoes) with whoopsied green beans and asparagus
Snacks: Banana, peach and yoghurt smoothie

Not just trying to lose weight, but also clean up my diet in general.

Love reading all your menus for inspiration!
