Evening All,
Today is my last day of 'wobbling' too Floydy as I really have got to get my bottom in gear and pull my self together food wise  Been a complete pig again today and I actually have back ache now
Anyway, I have made up enough 'Fibre Filler' for breakfast to last a week. RS told me about it ages ago and it's really yummy and I love it and it really fills you up and helps you go to the toilet
I've made my packed lunch, and planned my tea. I'm also going to the dentist tomorrow so that will really help as, in my head, the dentist will "clean off" all the yuckies in my mouth and I can start again nice and freshI'm mental I know
So, it's 6 weeks 'til half term so I'm gonna give it my all for the next 6 weeks and try and get back to feeling more like my old self. No more spending. No more being lazy and unorganised. No more bingeing. No more bingeing. And NO MORE BINGEING FROGGA!!!
Good luck to us all xxxxxxxxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Morning all! It's been a few months since I last posted regularly on this thread, so I hope you don't mind me returning
I'm beginning the new year as I mean to go on, by eating well, doing regular exercise and trying to maintain a generally healthy lifestyle without obsessing too much about every last morsel that I eat! I think/hope it'll help me to post in this thread for the next few weeks whilst I get back into a healthy eating routine (my 'routine' over the festive period often featured quality street chocs for breakfast, lunch AND dinner, eek!) So here goes...
Back at work today and very glad to return to a more structured approach to meal times. My plan for the day is..
B: Porridge with half a banana, handful raisins, drizzle of honey
L: Light cream cheese sandwich with brown seeded bread, pot of low fat natural yog, appleBaked potato with tuna and salad
Exercise: 20 min walk at lunch (if not too icey on pavements) and 5K run this evening0 -
welcome back miss_cupcake - your menu sounds very nice for today, just my type of food!:TDo what you love :happyhear0
