Actually, I bought hubbys fila hoody because A it fit's (woohoo I'm smaller than hubby) and B it fit's. OK so A and B are technically the same but oh my god it fits!

Lol RL, it's still making me grin. Hubby has always been considerably smaller than me. He always had to put the seat forward after I'd been driving as the size of my backside meant I needed it right back (I'm about an inch shorter than him). Now he has to put it back as my bum has shrunk so much!

Me??????????? Honestly what do you take me for Newlywed?????????? Anyone would think you knew me well
SO , yes you're right I am not eating well. BUT I have Been REALLY busy so that's why I haven't posted so you don't know everything
I feel really bad that after thinking and posting to say I would come back on everyday I just haven't had the time. I am really sorry and do feel like I've neglected you all. RS has suggested that I only post at the weekend when there is more time so I think I might stick to that.
AM feeling SO snowed under atm. I seem to be being pulled in every direction and just not getting on top of it. It is SO HARD working full time and keeping on top of family life, I'm up at 4 or 5 every day and never seem to get to bed before 11, and still I can't do everything. I have lots of friend who often want to phone for a chat and I never seem to be able to give enough attention to them, or if I do, then I'm neglecting other things I should be doing.
On Wednesday I had a splitting head, so after I served up tea I went straight to bed. Only to wake up in the morning to find the dirty dishes still on trays on the floor in the front room  Mess EVERYWHERE! Lunches still to do, all the washing up and laundry et.c. I could have killed someone! Normally Mr Frog and the Tadpoles are quite good at helping, but on the one occation I really needed them to step up to the mark they felt like being lazy devils
I'm gonna try to break the back of the house work over the weekend and then once 'life' is straight my eating seems to fall into place too. It's Tadpole 1's 13th birthday today so I really should be baking the cake, not on here! You see what I mean? There's always SO much to do
What a moany aulde Frog I amSorry pepps, well I'm not that sorry , cause I could just delete it
Will try VERY hard to get myself into order this weekend, and will post when I can, honest. Be Good everyone xxxxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

frogga - working full time and running a home is hard work - I know how that feels and I refuse to get up before 6.30 am
And OH does the majority of the cleaning - although no-one else seems to have worked out how to open the dishwasher door - when they all used to use it before I moved in
Know what you mean about when you need the help - if I'm ill I still get asked if I'm getting up to make dinner and where his packed lunch is
Don't feel bad about not posting every day - I was just worried in case you were avoiding us
And you did ask to be given a kick up the behind - so I was checking if you need one on the food front
You know sometimes you have to admit that you're just not superfrog and you can't quite do everything and then let some things slide for a while
Did you see the thing on the news the other day about the purple frog with a pointy snout that's been bred in captivity? A relative?working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hello everyone - Hi Chuckie - ive just re-joined SW too! Like RL I am doing the Extra Easy Plan and hoping that I lose next Wednesday!
Yesterdy I stuck to the plan 100% and today has been so far so good. I just made the most lovely soup and have had a big bowlful to keep me going until dinner which will not be until about 6.30. It was just a small carton pasata, a mug of water, an oxo cube, half a small packet of whitworths dried vegetable flakes and about 20 strands of dried spaghetti broken up, with salt and pepper and dried italian seasoning. I just simmered it all together for about an hour and it is REALLY nice. Made enough for two bowls - one for me and one for DD2.
Food today has been:
B - small wholemeal roll, 1 light cheese slice (heb, half hea)
L - rice salad made of boiled brown rice mixed with chopped chicken breast, spring onions, peppers, cucumber, apple and 1 tbs sultanas, 5 walnuts - dressed with hellmanns extra light mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and a squirt of extra light salad cream. It worked out at 9 syns for the whole thing and I had half.
Snack - just had a bowl of soup
D plan to have SW chips, fried egg and a mixture of butternut squash, red onion and red pepper roasted in fry light, followed by an optifit wholegrain yoghurt. - Thanks for the tip on the optifits RL - I thought only mullerlight were free.
When I was in Asda before they had new chocolate chip mullerlights in various flavours - they only have the same calories as normal mullerlights!
Hope you are all having a good day.Jane

RS - glad you are doing well on the extra easy plan!:T
Frogga - glad you posted, hope the rest of the frog family help out a bit more, eating properly is difficult when you are stressed.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hello - reporting in. Got on the scales and there's a 1lb loss - :j . Very pleased as TOTM and I've been carbing it for the past 2 - 3 days! Hopefully back to normal eating tomorrow!
Good to see you back Frogga, your day is tiring me out, I think you need to get a rota drawn up so you are not doing so much.
Glad you're feeling better and positive RS, hope all goes well with you.
Off now to confess my sins on the Grocery Challenge0 -
Hi, the last couple of days have been a disaster for me slimming wise. Got sent home from work yesterday ill, and quite frankly I couldn't be bothered to cook, so it's been convenience all the way. However, I did do the weigh in yesterday morning before I went to work and I was down 4.5lb from the 1st Jan, so that did put a smile on my face even though I didn't feel like it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Hope to get back on the wagon, although one advantage of being off is I have managed to watch a couple of the Paul McKennar shows that I have recorded and I think I might give this a go. :j0 -
Morning all. Should weigh-in today but not sure if I can face it, have been rubbish this week. I'm sure it's all this getting up early that's making me hungry. If I'm up at 6 I can end up eating loads by 10. Like today i've had a bowl of muesli, benecol yoghurt drink, piece of smoked mackerel and a satsuma!
Did the pizza express 2 for 1 thing yesterday, as a money-saving treat, so wasn't a very slimming day. And then we thought sod it and ordered a bottle of rose with it - so ended up being not very money-saving too!
But it was a gloriously sunny day overlooking the sparkly harbour and we had a lovely time so I don't mind really.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -

I know how you feel, I have been pretty rubbish this week too:mad: I don't know why unless it is the cold, I plan my meals and eat everything on them so am definately not hungry! I am as good as gold till about 8 pm and then I start prowling the kitchen looking for a "little something" - and I am still stuffed from eating dinner! Why oh why!
No sun here this morning and my window overlooks my front garden that needs tidying:o
